Easy to check in, so clean and tidy, great to have a parking space right outside too. Great communication and instruction prior to arrival. Did meet Andrew couple times briefly and very friendly. Thanks for an easy and very comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely cottage. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and much more spacious than we expected. The bed was very comfortable, and the cottage had everything we needed—even with our 8-month-old baby girl in tow. Janet left us a lovely hamper of homemade bread, Norfolk cookies, jam, Prosecco and milk and even sourced a cot and high chair for our stay, which was so kind. It was a great base for exploring North Norfolk, with Holt, Aylsham, Cromer and Wells all within a 30minute drive. We also found plenty of EV chargers in Aylsham, Holt and Dereham. It was the perfect, peaceful retreat, and we wouldn't hesitate to return!
