Waterfront vacation rentals in Western Province

This is my third time staying at Rehan's place. It's great. I'd definitely recommend to others. If I go back to Colombo, I'll try to stay there again.

Umendra is a very kind and friendly host. She always made sure we felt comfortable at her place. I would not hesitate to recommend her place to anyone. This is a beautiful unit with excellent views .even better than the pictures on the Airbnb website. Restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance Buddhika was very helpful too he even came late at night to hand over the keys to us.

Dilan was always quick to reply to my msgs and very friendly also helpful . Clean , new beautiful apartment with balcony access over looking the beach . Well worth the price and will defo come back .

Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

Excellent location. Very clean. Properly organised. Quick response from the host. We got some amazing local tips from the host hat helped us dine at some of the best restaurants in Colombo. Highly recommend!

appartement très propre et bien équipé... à l'étage d'une famille vivant en dessous très gentils et discrets et présents si besoin... une climatisation unique dans la chambre qui est payante et n'est pas signalée comme telle. très proche du grand traffic de la ville et de la mer, mais suffisamment en retrait pour dormir correctement !!

I came across this place after some extensive searching and needless to say that it paid off. The host is not just a host, shes a super duper host. She helped me right from booking to to letting me in and accommodating several requests made from us. She’s brilliant. The house is as the pics show, sparkling clean, contemporary, fully loaded with the daily basics that you need, and the location is just brilliant. You truly feel like a local stayin in this place. I would recommend anyone looking at booking this place to go ahead blindly. It will not disappoint even by an iota. Sueprhost!!!

This house is a hidden gem in Colombo. It’s very tasteful and well furnished, with an incredible backyard overlooking the water. We didn’t feel like leaving the home. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Very spacious villa with a great view. The pool was amazing.

We stayed here for a friend's wedding in Bentota. It was an excellent place to stay and relax following all the events associated with a South Indian wedding. The location was a bit out of the way - our initial Uber there wound up charging us extra because we had to go up a dirt road - but Edward was very accommodating and put us in touch with a few tuk-tuk drivers who took us to and from the different events that were planned. He even drove us to an event himself when we couldn't find a ride. The food was also quite good - every meal had a spread of Sri Lankan dishes cooked from locally sourced ingredients. He shared the proposed menu with us and adjusted it after learning that our party had three vegetarians.

Das Haus hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Es sind 2 riesige Räume vorhanden, die jeweils große sehr gute Klimaanlagen mit Außenabluft verbaut haben. In beiden Etagen gibt es Badezimmer, was sich als sehr praktisch erwiesen hat. Der Ausblick aus der oberen Etage ist atemberaubend: Die Pflanzenvielfalt links und rechts des Grundstücks; der Fluss; der angrenzende Dschungel dahinter und wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge. Das Anwesen ist insgesamt sehr privat, man sieht lediglich ab und zu ein Fischerboot vorbeifahren und die 3 Mitarbeiter (Manager, Haushälter und Koch) sind äußerst diskret. Der Koch des Hauses ist grandios! Er zauberte uns 3x pro Tag einzigartige srilankan Mahlzeiten - und auf Wunsch nicht nur Reis&Curry, aber auch das war der Wahnsinn! Anliegen werden von Eric umgehend geregelt. Wir haben vom eigenen Steg aus eine Bootsfahrt den Fluss entlang gemacht und Krokodile, Affen, Eulen, Chamäleons, Warane, Flughunde und Adler gesehen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter!

Lake view is an amazing structure with perfect surroundings. It is very central and though very private. We have spent a couple of great days in the structure and had the feeling of being in our private villa with a lot of freedom, space, design and commodities. We will book Lake view for sure again. Thanks a lot to the owner, Prasanna, for the great hospitality.

This was a hidden gem for sure and glad we found it . Looking for a place close to the airport to unwind and prepare for our next flight we booked into this beautiful place. The experience from the get go was pleasant . The host was very responsive and accommodated our requests . What we loved the most about this place is the quaint surroundings and the beautiful green patches with lakes inside this gated community . It was very private and peaceful. We enjoyed our evening walks and the accommodation itself was well equipped and very comfortable. Thanks once again to the host for the help in making our stay memorable. Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! It was beautifully furnished, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal and safe neighborhood. Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

Le logement est top. Des gardes surveillent toujours l’entrée. L’espace est sympa une chambre avec SDB, puis une suite parentale avec sa salle de bain privée, les espaces peuvent se dissocier. Balcon avec table pour manger à l’extérieur au top ! Une ligne de train sépare le logement et la plage, mais cela est assez normal au Sri Lanka, car le train longe toute une partie de l’île. L’appartement est situé à une minute de la plage, des Restaurants bordent tout le long de la plage, pas chers, et très sympa ! La plage n’est pas la plus belle de l’île , n’hésitez pas à vous éloigner un peu, et vous verrez des spots encore plus jolis. Un supermarché se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. À deux minutes en tuk tuk super Hotel avec Piscine, qui propose un buffet excellent ! Il y a une piscine sur le toit, elle n’est pas toujours très propre ! Notre hôte nous a donné un contact qui vous a servi de chauffeur une partie de notre séjour. Moins? Pas de volet il faudra vivre au rythme du soleil !

Located in the heart of the city, walking distance to Colombo city centre shopping mall, bakery and a super store. The master bedroom gives almost 180 degree paraomic views of the city , the lake and the sea. Well curated interior designs gives a grand guesture . The host Chathura is very responsive and flexible. I'd love to come back and no hesitation to recommend this place for any guests looking for a luxury apartment in Colombo city centre.

Had a really good stay at Shiffan's apartment on Marine Drive! The place was just as shown in the photos – super clean, with spotless linen and sparkling bathrooms. It’s easy to overlook the fact that it’s non-AC in the description, but the natural breeze and good ventilation made it quite comfortable. Shiffan is a great host – friendly, proactive, and always quick to respond. He also gave helpful tips and local recommendations that made my time in Colombo even better. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a neat, well-maintained apartment with a thoughtful host in a lovely location.

We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host. I can definitely recommend this place.
