The four of us spent a week in Tatjana's beautiful house as a family and we didn't miss anything. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired (you can really "really" cook like at home, it's all there in terms of amenities). The decor is tasteful, all rooms are very cozy and spacious. The garden is a dream, we especially enjoyed the small lounge corner by the living room. The house is on the street, yet it is super quiet, we never felt disturbed. A bakery is within walking distance in the neighboring village, for shopping you have to go to Wyk, but this is also just a stone's throw away by car or bike. We will be happy to come back, absolute recommendation from us!

Wibke and her husband received us very nicely. Since they live next door, they would always have been responsive to us if we had a question. We felt very comfortable at Wibke's place and we lacked nothing. The property is very quiet and a little away from the North Sea hustle and bustle. So a car is necessary. Thank you for everything :-)

We felt very comfortable. The house and garden are as charming as shown in the photos. In addition to the enchanting enclosed garden, there is also great things to discover in the house for the children. There are a large selection of (children's)books and nice toys. We recommend this gem to anyone who wants peace and relaxation.

Our stay was very good in every way. I will book this place again as soon as possible. Many thanks also to the landlord for the great togetherness.

We were there with 11 people, there was enough room for everyone. Bed linens and towels were included - which is really not a given. The kitchen was well equipped. The garden was large and as a surprise there was also a trampoline! However, due to a single shower and a total of 2 toilets, it is more suitable for a short trip - otherwise it will be a little tight.

We loved staying at Sarah-Maria's place. There is everything you need and a very quiet, beautiful place. For children there were very nice books and toys! Overall, it was warm and cozy. Especially the communication and accommodating nature of the host stands out! We are happy to recommend it:)

We stayed with 6 adults, two dogs and a parrot in the beautiful cottage of Johannes and Jana who are really very friendly. It is located about 1000 meters from the main road on a very quiet small street where you can stroll along meadows, cows,horses and fields. We didn't meet a car in a week, just a few cyclists. The property is large and has plenty of space to play or rest. It is not fenced, but there is hardly any danger from cars because of the very quiet location. We let our dogs run free. Everything is just as beautiful as in the pictures ! The large dining table is ideal for 6 people and the cozy kitchen is very well equipped. The free use of the washer and dryer is great. Many excursion destinations , lakes and the North Sea can be reached in a short time. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and would be happy to come back!

We found that this was a great place for us to stay whilst visiting Romo island. A lovely traditional cottage tucked away in its own grounds in the woods, with regular visits from the local deer population. Everything worked as it should and it was nice and warm. It is traditional so everything is basic by modern standards but that suited us. The second bedroom is bunk beds accessed through the main bedroom so maybe more suitable for families with children as opposed to 2 couples staying. Was about a 30 minute walk down to the harbour and shops but there is a very nice bakery and well stocked reasonably priced supermarket just 8 minutes walk away. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fredrik’s cottage as a place to stay.

super host. Antje was very quick to respond to messages and was very accommodating. The house and decor worked very well for 2 families or as in our case 3 generations. Great with 2 large bathrooms with everything you need. Thought it works well with the covered part that goes around the house, where we enjoyed sitting and having a cup of coffee in the winter sun.

We spent our family holiday (5 adults with baby & dog) in the accommodation. The stay was great. The house is nicely quietly located on the edge of the forest and yet the city center with some shops and restaurants is within walking distance. In addition, the property has a beautiful garden where our dog could let off steam. Regarding the equipment, everything important was available, especially in many books and magazines you can browse. We definitely recommend Petra's place and will be happy to come back.

Great cottage, great bathroom with sauna. Beautiful furnishings and kitchen equipment. Everything you need. Terrace with beach chair, loungers and terrace furniture. Atmospheric outdoor lighting. We immediately felt very comfortable. Glad to come back!
