Free access to swimming area with many facilities, grocery store, restaurant, mini golf, playground, fishing lake as well as plenty of opportunities for walking/running and bike trips in the area. The house has a heatpump, wood-burning stove, dishwasher, cable TV, wifi and trampoline in the garden. We care a lot about the house being clean, tidy, and in order. Consumption and possibly cleaning comes on top of the price.

There is peace and quiet, but with plenty of opportunities for excursions in the area. The area is part of the Wadden Sea National Park. In autumn you can experience "Black Sun". Note: Possibility of two beds for children.
