This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling is done by means of a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a beautiful view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

Located in the village of Gądno next to Morzycko Lake, the cottage "Perełka Pepcia" welcomes guests with a large and spacious terrace surrounding it from the front to the back, where you can have a nice time outside.
