I highly recommend renting this apartment! I've had the opportunity to stay in it twice, and I've been very happy every time. The apartment is not only beautifully finished but also spotlessly clean. There were small amenities waiting for me, like a variety of teas and bottles of water, which was a nice gesture. The apartment is well thought out in terms of functionality. It has a place to eat, a comfortable couch to relax, and a separate bedroom, which allows you to rest comfortably with even two people, without disturbing other travelers. The location is also a big advantage. There are plenty of parking spaces under the block, making it easy to park right next to the entrance. During one of my visits, I traveled by public transport and I also had no problems – the place is well connected. I recommend this apartment to anyone who is planning a visit to Koszalin. We spent a week our vacation in the apartment, the welcome was extremely warm so that we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment was very clean and cozy, everything we needed to relax was there. The location was fantastic 5 minutes to the beach, but very quiet . It was all within walking distance of great places to eat and do activities. Conclusion thanks to Beata's great accommodation, our vacation was so beautiful🥰 we will definitely book again if we can . We can highly recommend the accommodation.

Great location next to the park, city centre within a short walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. The tenth floor gave a nice view, but also some traffic noise (not too bad though).

We spent some wonderful days here and felt completely comfortable. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, everything is available and state of the art. Also the beds are very comfortable! Everything is within walking distance, supermarkets, restaurants and also on the beach you are in about 10 minutes. We enjoyed the tranquility very much, because it was also easy to find here. Just went on vacation and will be happy to come back. It is made easy in such a beautiful ambiance to enjoy a break! Thanks for that.

Great location, literally a few steps to the sea, access to all the necessary and necessary things, like silverware plates, a vacuum cleaner, etc. (with a small child, it's really a must-have🙈) and a nice host. The apartment is very nice, modern and well equipped. Check-in at 4 pm is a bit late and checkout 10 am again very early. If it's okay with the apartment then the apartment is perfect.

Very nice accommodation in a building with upscale standard in a pleasant location. Downtown and beach in walking distance. Communication absolutely wonderful. Lars responds and responds super quickly. You have the feeling that he wants to make the stay as pleasant and beautiful as possible. Very stylish interior design of the apartment. Modern and high-quality materials have been installed. The highlight is the gym in the basement as well as the sauna and the roof terrace. Note; The apartment does not have an oven. Microwave and toaster available. A total of 5/5 and a clear recommendation.

Nice - I chose this place because of traveling with a dog. Dogs are allowed throughout the house, I only saw two and therefore that didn't stand out at all. The construction is super new and the apartment looks nicer than on the pictures; especially the kitchen is extremely high quality, not as blue as pictured. Everything is available and four of them. Great to find a vacuum cleaner, mop, beach chairs and more at this place, which I never thought. The underfloor heating keeps everything nice and warm in winter, a well furnished balcony with green views is great for relaxing. Within walking distance it is one block to the sea, parking (paid) is in front of the house and the area is pleasantly quiet. There are some small cafes nearby, but you should take the car or plan a good walk to the promenade with more action. Especially like me in winter. We felt very comfortable at Matthias's place. Everything necessary is available, great we also found the bidding instructions in the form of QR codes on the devices. A great apartment in a newly built residential complex that really has a lot to offer - playground, gym, sauna and a swimming pool with jacuzzi rounded out our vacation. The beach was also within walking distance, there are 3 supermarkets nearby - also within walking distance. The car can be left behind. We'll be back.

The apartment is unique with the unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea! The amenities corresponded to the description, in addition, the apartment was very clean! We will be back :)

We enjoyed the accommodation in the Westin House very much. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. And personally nothing was missing from our stay. We were able to park the car in a parking space provided for us in the garage. Particularly noteworthy is also the modern wellness area within the house, which invites you to stay. We would book this accommodation again anytime!

The place was very nice, very large terrace and nice close to the Baltic Sea. Marcin was super quick to respond and very very nice. We highly recommend the apartment for families, but also couples, the in-house swimming pool is great, especially if the weather doesn't play along. We will be happy to come back 🤗

For those who like to have a quiet time and want to take a few days away, this accommodation is perfect. I would recommend it for 2 people. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The kitchen is ideal for self-catering and shopping is 5 minutes by car. The private sauna is a dream, but accurate instructions for optimal use would be beneficial. All in all a recommendation!

The Airbnb is in a great location – the beach is very close, and a supermarket right next door makes the stay comfortable. The wellness and fitness offer was a good addition, especially on days with bad weather. Overall a recommended place to stay for a relaxing stay!

Contacting hosts hassle-free, all messages received a response, and all calls were answered. Hosts are proactive, making contact before they arrive. Extremely charming, clean, extremely generous (dishwasher, hand blender, grater, microwave and oven, all tableware, pots, pans, and cleaning products). There are both a set of bath towels and bathrobes, as well as separate towels for the pool! Comfortable pool, paddling pool perfect for toddlers, gym, sauna... what more could you want? It's very close to the beach. The balcony is very nicely equipped. The building has a restaurant and a playroom. Comfortable beds, nice linens. The apartment also has amenities like a washing machine (and laundry supplies), a laundry drying rack, a baby bath, a high chair, a bathroom stool, and a toilet seat. We're already thinking about when to come to this place again.
