Due to the large bath, there is no separate shower but there is a handheld shower. Lastly, enjoy latest streaming shows/movies on 55 inch w/Bose surround sound by the fireplace. Streaming svc only, not live TV.

The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Our cozy, quiet, home backs to walking trail, creek & prairie. Easy access to interstate, restaurants & shopping. You have private access to our walk-out basement w/bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, + board games, books, ping pong, access to our backyard and a nearby park. The bedroom offers a queen bed & dark, cool sleeping. The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.

A sunlit dining area features a large black table surrounded by wooden chairs. Large windows allow views of the lush backyard and a cozy fire pit. Decorative plants adorn the windowsills, and a floral table runner adds a seasonal touch to the dining setup.

This 3 BR home is very open with tons of windows looking out on a private backyard with a fire pit and lots of birds and squirrels. Located minutes off of Dodge at 150th, it's close to Village Pointe and an easy drive to downtown Omaha and other attractions. You'll enjoy the entire main level and backyard but ... PLEASE NOTE: I will be in the basement during your stay accessing via the garage. My cat, Walter, may visit you in the backyard. Otherwise, he'll be in the basement with me.

Great place! Clean and had lots of options for fun! Had an awesome backyard for yard games and a fire pit to gather around with family. Our stay was enjoyable and Phil was a very responsive host that answered any questions we had!

We stayed at this house for a girls trip and had a wonderful time! It was a ways from downtown, but that was perfect for us to go have fun and then return to the quiet neighborhood and relax! House was big, beautiful, and clean! A lot of little details like phone chargers in each room and plenty of towels made our stay even more comfortable. The pool is large and is well maintained. Plus the corner lot means you aren’t directly by most of the neighbors. The hosts were very responsive and helpful! Will definitely be staying again if I return to Omaha!

We had such a wonderful time at Stephanie’s house! It was a great location for us traveling through with a furry family. The house is comfortable, clean, cozy beds and a walk from great restaurants & coffee shops. We’d love to stay at this place again!

We enjoyed our time as a family at this home immensely . House eas very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, the house was well appointed for the entire family including infant. House is located within reasonable walking distance to many conveniences including stores and restaurants. It was also a very short ride away to main Creighton campus. We felt lucky to secure this home for graduation.
