Apart from no signal at all, everything was great.

The lodge was beautifully decorated and pristine. It was perfect for our weekend away. Julie was very friendly and helpful and we even received a thoughtful gift basket. Thank you both for a wonderful stay! We can't wait to come back. x

Just back from a wonderful stay at the lodge with my two boys. Lovely welcome Prosecco and crisps, hot tub was gorgeous! So private! Beds comfortable, had a day trip into York too. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay, thanks so much would highly recommend for a break away from busy life!

Clean and tidy cabin, with all the facilities we needed. Hot tub was a real hit. Host was friendly and helpful.

We booked at short notice for my wifes 40th Birthday. It ticked all the boxes, well equipped, hot tub, nice outdoor seating and not too far from home due to travelling with a 16 week old. The caravan is fantastic and in a quiet area of Tattershall lakes. The little hamper of goodies were well received by the older 2 kids and the bottle of prosecco by my wife and I. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing break and will definitely be booking another visit. Thankyou Emma and Tom

We had a lovely stay surrounded by beautiful fields, the sounds of wildlife and stunning star filled nights. I brough my dog along for the trip and she had a blast exploring the surrounding woods, beaches all within a short drive. The first morning i thought their was an issue with the shower and before the i got off the phone to Natalie there was a plumber on the phone ready to come take a look and another option was offered instantly. luckily it was user error and we had a chuckle when it wasnt working because i hadnt seen the string cord in the corner of the bathroom and everything was perfectly fine in the end.

The house is beautifully decorated, has a very well equipped kitchen and the outside space is very private and a lovely sun trap. We all enjoyed the hot tub and recommend the local Kinema in the Woods for a lovely cinema experience!

A Perfect Family Getaway at Widgeon Lodge We had the most wonderful stay at Widgeon Lodge in Tattershall Lakes. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the lodge—it was the perfect size for our family. Four nights simply weren’t enough! We made the most of the fantastic amenities, enjoying relaxing evenings in the hot tub, delicious barbecues, and peaceful moments at our private fishing peg. Rachel, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed—including assisting us in sorting our Away Resorts pass, which opened up endless fun activities for the children. With so much to do and such a beautiful setting, we will most definitely be returning for another unforgettable family holiday!

This place was actually twice the size we expected from the photos! Very surprised how big and spacious it was. We have 2 big dogs that had more than enough room and the large private enclosed garden was perfect for them! Tim was a fabulous host and ironed out any questions/ issues we had immediately with no fuss! Only 5 min walk from main facilities, however you feel very tucked away, quiet and private, absolutely beautiful surroundings/ lake which is exactly what we wanted! 100% can't wait to come back!

This lodge was absolutely beautiful well worth it. So clean and had everything you need beds was so comfy and a lovely shower and hot tub was gorgeous. We loved our weekend away will definitely be back. Also got chance to meet Julie who was lovely and nothing was to much trouble would 100% recommend this place 👌

The place is a lot bigger than on the photos. The secluded garden was brilliant for my dog and the big field opposite was an added bonus to walk him. It is very peaceful and I would definitely book it again. Gabby was very quick in replying, when we got lost and needed fire-lighters for the log burner.

No better way to celebrate our moms 76th birthday weekend. Beautiful to wake up to such a beautiful location, made all the better that the sun was actually shining! The listing location was exactly how described, and it was clean, and comfortable. Julian was responsive and very helpful with all of our enquiries. Already looking to book again later in the year. Our stay was absolutely amazing . the caravan was lovely and clean and had everything you need. also quite a comfy bed which is quite surprising. all bedding was clean. 5 minutes to shops and to activities. and host was very responsive if you need any help . would definitely stay again 🙂

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean on arrival with plenty of fresh towels for both the hot tub and the shower. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was checked twice daily, so felt assured the hot tub was clean and safe to use. James was responsive and helpful when messaged. There was a lovely walk nearby too. The space felt peaceful and private.

Booked this stay as a last minute get away and we absolutely loved it, the pod is great and it has a gate to keep your dog inside! Toilet and shower rooms are spotless. The fishing lakes are lovely, Adele is great and is everything you look for in a host. Had a fantastic time and will be rebooking as soon as I’ve posted this review!

We had the most peaceful getaway at snowdrop pod! It was spotlessly clean, had everything we could possibly need and was just all around beautiful. The surroundings are gorgeous and the peacocks are stunning! Only a 10 minute drive in to mablethorpe so very close to everything you need. So sad that we only stayed for 2 nights but we are already looking to book again for August, when we can hopefully pick some fruit too! Thank you so much Sandra and Ian x

Del’s caravan was literally a home from home with little touches like games, books and dvds for the kids. It smelt amazing and there were little basics already available which was brill! Lovely family holiday and the teddies on the kids beds….brilliant. Del checked we got there ok, and also checked we got home ok. Great host thank you xxxx

Brilliant amenities in the cabin, felt very spacious! Loved the rewilding, enjoyed the woodland walk and watching the trains (not noisy, don’t worry!). We can recommend Belton House, walk between Woolthorpe and Belvoir Castle and Mannakin Hall! Hope to stay here again : )

if you want the most relaxing private and peaceful stay surrounded by nature and beautiful wildlife then you must book here. we spent our days fishing relaxing in the hot tub napping and watching deer, birds of pray, fox's, rabbits and the goats of course. we cooked outside, the weather was amazing for our four night stay we could of stayed alot longer as everything you need is provided. the bed was supper comfortable aswell as the reclining chairs and the outdoor sofa perfect for napping. we cought lots of carp and found a book on fly fishing in the cabin (im still rubbish at it lol) everything was amazing and we hope to return soon.

We had an excellent long weekend stay with family & pet dog The lodge is outstanding, location, view , peaceful, absolutely pristine , so many extras , bottle of prosecco on arrival Definitely recommend, we will definitely return 5*
