Smoking friendly vacation rentals in West Jakarta City

Mas Daniel is a very informative and helpful friendly host from before booking to check out. The apartment is as described and clean, the location is very strategic, near everywhere.. Just stayed 3 days between the nephews on the campus near there, and we had no complain during our stay at Mas Daniel's place. Sorry about the bathroom's door handle :) Thank you very much,

We stayed here for two weeks while dealing with Jakarta immigration. The apartment was very conveniently located, 10-minute walk to Dukuh Atas busway and easy to get taxi in lobby. We stayed here with a 1.5 year old toddler, and the grounds were excellent for him to play. There is a small play area, koi pond, and beautiful swimming pool. Herman was an unbelievably gracious host--picked us up from the airport (even with delay), helped with several phone calls to Singapore Airlines to help us track down lost luggage, arranged reasonably-priced car with driver for some errands, helped us set up mobile phone, and even invited us to dinner with his family. I would recommend this place and hope to stay again when in Jakarta.

It's still worth it for 1 person trip , tho they don't have the wifi. Everything's good.

I had a great stay here for more than a week. The apartment is small, well-furnished, and at the center of Jakarta. It is very convenient. 15 mins slow walk to MRT Bundaran HI station, 15 mins slow walk to TransJakarta bus station. There are convenient stores and take out coffee shop near the lobby. the house is really big, suitable for a staycation because it's comfortable and clean, the room has 4 including a spacious master bedroom, the water is also smooth, most importantly the host is responsive and understanding

Very nice location but unfortunately i found so many hair in the carpet in front of the tv maube its from the previous renter But we can have late check out at 12 pm so its ok lah

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! among the places i stayed in Jakarta this one has the most complete kitchen and bathroom, washer, utensils, rice cooker, proper stove and modern look & feel. it is an amazing place. there are roaches (it is Indonesia and hard to avoid in this climate in the buildings). yet one problem is since it is in the 23rd floor (and has a great view btw), it also get lots of call to prayer noise very early in the morning. be careful if you are a light sleeper and do not have earplugs. otherwise it is a great place to stay. thank you Nando

I lived in her place for two months. Yanthie's apartment is known as the best apartment in west jakart and it is true. The place is very modern, safe, quite and convenient for reaching a mall for shopping. Also quite close to the airport; it takes about 30 mins if there is no traffic. You can also use a swimming pool and gym for free in her apartment. Her place is spacious enough for one or two persons. But one problem I had was that it was quite difficult to cook here cause the cooking tools and utensils are not fully ready and refrige is too small to store food but if you are going to stay not too long, it won't be any problem. Sometimes I got problems with the internet and electricity but she was always helping and responded me very fast. She is a very kind and helping host. I highly recommend her house for staying.

It truly is 'an affordable apartment at the heart of Jakarta' and more. It's very easy to find and relatively close to the city's attractions and the malls. The place is clean and comfortable enough even for a group of 5 like us. Mira is right the view of the surrounding area at night is really beautiful. And, most importantly we felt at home thanks to our friendly host and her kind brother.

I book last minute and Budi still available even at 11 night time. He wait me to book the unit so patient. The apartemen is quite nice. It clean. We do not try facilities in the apartment because check out in the morning. Thanks for your service Budi.

2nd time I come to Taman Anggrek and for a long stay (about 1 month). Yonas was always very responsive and attentive if I had any request for the apartment or information. The Residence is close to many Malls, the facilities are impeccable and many. There is good wifi in the apartment so for those who would work online like me it's perfect. I will surely come back here on my next visit to Jakarta

Great accommodation price=quality, underground parking, swimming pool, shop all this is nearby!!! if I'm in Jakarta again, I'll definitely rent the same place. The host is always available, as if 24/7😂 allowed to leave later, thank you very much for this!
