Vacation rentals with lake access in West Flanders

This little house is in a holiday domain with lots of little house alike. It’s like a mini village really. It’s quiet and everyone is very friendly neighbour wise. It’s outside the centre and far from beach dike (car is recommended, especially with young kids). There’s a few promenades nearby. The pool is very nice, a bit chilly but once you are in you get used to. The house despite being small is very well thought and functional. First floor are 2 rooms, 1 with double bed and the second has 2 singles beds and a double bed (like for 2 children or a teenager). And there’s a little toilet. The stairs are a bit steep so be careful especially with young children, my 4y old was scared to go on his own and the 2 other kids weren’t that confident either. Everything you need is available in the house. We had a lot of issues with internet connection but the host is solving it so good luck with it.

We had a wonderful week (with fantastic weather). The house is highly recommended with a complete and cozy decor. The outdoor facilities, including a large umbrella, were also comfortable. The house is in a quiet place in the park. Jo was always quick to respond to our questions.

The house is very nice, quiet location, great amenities. Great is also the fenced garden and the hot tub. We were surprised with a very tasty breakfast. Contact with Audrey was very friendly, helpful and quick. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice house. Great to do with a family of 4 children. All the amenities we needed. All the beds are neatly made. Nice such a wagon! Close to everything in the park. We enjoyed our stay.

The property is amazing, the hosts made us feel very welcome. There were lots of kids toys and activity's provided. The property is finished to an excellent standard exceeding many hotel's that have cost much more to stay in. I cannot recomment staying here enough and we are definitely looking forward to a return visit.

We had a great time at Alain's place, we were there as a family with our dogs, we all really enjoyed the house, the proximity to everything (lake, sunpark, restaurant, small shop etc.) Parking is 2 minutes away. The setting is great, super responsive host, and explanations couldn't be clearer. Thanks again to Alain and his wife for letting us enjoy their home

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was very well maintained, there was nothing missing (clean towels and linens, complete kitchen amenities). Particularly beautiful was the sea view from the balcony and when it rained from the living room through the huge balcony window. The apartment is comfortably furnished, we felt at home immediately. Frederik is very nice, courteous, helpful. In case of problems, you could call him immediately, but everything went very well with us. We would come back anytime and recommend the apartment. Very nice apartment that offers good services. Tastefully decorated and very bright apartment. We were comfortable for 6 people. Just pay attention to the staircase is a little steep. Contact with Valerie is very pleasant and she is very responsive. A rental to be repeated very soon.

Well-equipped, comfortable, very clean and very conveniently located apartment, near Duinbergen station to go to Brugge by train and 15 min walk to the beach. The pool is lovely after a day of walking. A little tip that was useful to us, as the apartment parking lot is very busy, as soon as we had a place in the free parking lot for our car, we preferred to use the train during our stay, accessible 5 min walk, affordable and with several destinations. We had a lovely stay and I recommend it.

Communication with Lina was quick and friendly. We were in the apartment with two couples - it was perfect for that. You could walk to the beach in a relaxed way. Nearby is a center with bowling alley, billiards, arcade games, etc. - which is ideal in bad weather. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the parking spaces, unfortunately everything was always occupied. Otherwise, we were very satisfied overall.

The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Also, the best thing was the amazing sea view from the balcony.

The hostess didn't hesitate a minute to let us check in a little earlier as the apartment was not occupied in advance. Very nice as we came by train. The station is just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is very homely, equipped with all the comforts. The beds are made as in a 4* hotel, wonderful. In the morning the sun shone on the balcony and in the living room, great! For anyone who does not immediately like the hustle and bustle of Knokke, but likes to sit quickly by the sea, this apartment is ideal.
