Hi! The house is located in a quiet dead end street with free parking. Also on the driveway (at night) whenever possible. I live also in the house but as guest you have 100 % privacy on the first floor (rooms & bathroom). No other guests. On the other hand I’m always stand-by to assist. The historical center of Bruges is only less then 2 km away and can be reached by car, bus or bicycles that you can use. Even walking is no big deal. A healthy and generous homemade breakfast is included. :) jan

On the ground floor you have our restaurant. In the apartment you have 2 bathrooms, a great open kitchen, dining area that overlooks the garden. The 3 bedrooms can accommodate 8 people. We are located in the historic heart of Ypres, a 5-minute walk from the market and also from the bus and train station.

Our guesthouse is a rural furnished studio, it features its own kitchenette, vintage bath, shower, salon, large bed and private terrace. overlooking the garden. I am a lettering artist and live and work here, my atelier is downstairs, I will serve you a homemade, every day different and tasty breakfast in the kitchen. "My guests are fond of my breakfasts, very Flemish and original, you will get a good view on Flemish cuisine this way." I live on the first floor, you have the top floor to yourself. Our cottage is very quietly located surrounded by trees and greenery. There is a large garden with covered terrace. We love flowers and plants. It is centrally located and ideal for exploring Belgium by public transportation. The coast is close as well as historic cities such as Bruges ,Ghent, Kortrijk, Ypres ( 30 minutes) and Brussels ( 1 hour ). Free secure parking is available on site.

There is a separate income and a living room downstairs with a view on the garden, where you can relax and where a breakfest is served. When the weather allows you can sit outside and enjoy your beakfest in the garden. Upstairs is the bedroom and an own bathroom. There is free parking in the area.
