If you are looking for a place close to DC THiS is the place. The house is exactly as described and is very cozy. We appreciated the snacks and water that were left for us to enjoy.. such a nice touch. I’m still dreaming of the comfy living room couch. Great dining options nearby. 15 minutes to get to DC. Quiet neighborhood

Patricia and Guillaume’s home and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Huge floor to ceiling windows out to the large yard in back. Big kitchen, great patio for barbequing, amazing pool with all the chairs, loungers, and floaties you need. Ping pong, pool table, comfortable, super clean, and really felt like you were invited into someone’s special place. This home is even better than what the photos and listing describe. The hosts are friendly, helpful, gracious, and excellent communicators. Highly recommend.

I had to cancel this trip at the last minute for personal reasons. I still wanted to leave a review though. The communication through the whole process was excellent!!! I was looking forward to spending the weekend in this beautiful home. Even though it didn't work out, I will definitely consider another trip in the future! Samad's place was very nice, bright and welcoming. It was easy to access going and coming and responded to our call and messages timely. The necessities were stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable for me and my family. My only note is more kiddie friendly games or toys to be available.

We had a great time and the house was a nice place to get away to after spending the days sight-seeing. The whole place was very clean and neat. Shewaye was communicative and very responsive to questions.

Excellent location. Parking was also available on the street directly in front of the house, or at most a one of the adjoining streets. Place was very clean and well maintained. Host is invested in making sure that both the apartment and the neighborhood. Dogs were happy with being able to see out the front window and sit out in the enclosed front patio.

We had a great stay at Jennifer's place! It was conveniently located to bus stops and the metro station, making it easy to get where we needed to go. Jennifer was quick to respond when we had an issue with the temperature and checked in throughout our stay. We highly recommend Jennifer's place!

6 of us stayed in this beautiful modern up to date home. We came to see the DC area and attend a couple of events. The home is in a beautiful area we saw deer on 2 different days during our 4 day stay. 2 the first time and 4 the second time. They have a patio with a BBQ and a fire table and chairs. The house was super nice and cozy while being roomy at the same time. We took the metro into DC (top notch metro system)everyday $13.00 for a allday pass or less if you buy multiple day passes. The metro station is 1.5 miles away. Lyft to station was $7 to $9 or 30 minute walk. Stores are nearby. I contacted the host and they were super good to respond right away. All in all I am coming back in the summer and will stay here again

Chau was very gracious to host our family at a difficult time - a death in the family. The space was more than adequate for our needs and was clean and inviting. Guests should note that there are a few oddities with a couple of the bedrooms. First, one of the Jack and Jill bedrooms has a 'window' that is open to the kitchen area below and only covered by permanently closed shutters. It is definitely not soundproof. The other is the room that 'shares a bathroom with the master'. It indeed shares that room because it is directly off of the master bathroom with no other access. Other than that, it was an amazing stay in a very large home on a very large lot. Thanks, Chau!

Aivet is a wonderful host. Her response time is quick and on point. Aivet answered questions before, during and after our visit. She provided great food recommendations for the area, and help with a glitch during my stay. The home was clean, comfortable and a perfect location between DC and the stadium. We had a large group with plenty of space for sleeping, eating and hanging out.

This home is clean. The complimentary muffins and wine are a nice touch. Plenty of towels and individually wrapped toiletries if you need them along with extra pillows and blankets. If you want to cook there is cookware, seasonings, and dishes. A nice patio with a fire pit, (bring your own matches). Overall a nice home. Cons: The neighborhood or side street is scary. The home sits on an unpaved road alongside some creepy homes. If arriving at night, you would definitely feel as if you want to sit in the car and look around for a few minutes before going to the door. While the patio is nice, you really can’t enjoy it unless the neighbor has there pit bulls in the home. They barked at us all the time and jumped up and high on the fence. Lastly, the beds are very low. I’m 5’10, 250 lbs, sitting/trying to get that low to the ground is too much for my liking. I wouldn’t stay here again. Good place for men. I wouldn’t stay if a man wasn’t with me.

Very clean, nicely sized 3 bedroom guest house. Very easy access to the interstate and DC. Close to restaurants and groceries, etc. The host is very responsive and accommodated our early check in, which was a huge help. My only small complaints which did not impact our stay but were a little disappointing - the furnishings overall are outdated and could use a refresh. There are also no TVs in any of the bedrooms. We would have appreciated a TV in the master bedroom to watch the news in the morning, etc. The 1 TV is on the first level of the 2 level home. We would stay with Maryann again, overall a great rental for what we needed!

Had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful for a good night’s sleep. The home had all the essentials and thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. I’ve taken quite a few trips and this was the best Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed in. It looks exactly like the pictures and perfect for a large group. We were all able to have our own rooms and space. The house sits alone which is great for privacy. Crystal was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was spotless and well taken care of. It was well stocked with things we needed. The proximity to DC was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!
