Vacation rentals with a patio in West Bay

I stayed for 2 weeks and worked full time. First the apartment: It has everything you need, including big bed, full kitchen with utensils, fast and reliable wifi (dropped or once or twice and quickly reconnected), and AC. The accommodations would be considered basic for travelers who are used to luxury, but having seen other comparable units in the West End this would be considered top-tier for amenities. The location is great. Right down the street from the beach and dive shops. The hosts: Henry and Teresa are fantastic hosts. They live down the street and are available to help with anything. They helped make Roatan feel like home. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosalie's and would highly recommend! Rosalie was a fantastic host and organized everything from airport pick up to drop-off for us seamlessly. She was incredibly helpful and very nice to interact with. The space was perfect for our needs. Bed was super comfy and location was ideal. Great place, great host, and recommend staying here if you get the chance to do so!

Mi Familia y yo quedamos encantados con el lugar, impecable, muy callado, camas súper comodas, la casa con bonitos acabados y muchos detalles, cocina bien equipada, el lugar es facil de llegar, Ana estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros, y el carro definitivamente un gran plus ya que la isla es grande y se disfruta más con esa libertad. Realmente muy recomendado para familias, definitivamente volveremos.

This is a lovely, well furnished and maintained space. Super comfortable beds, kitchen stocked great, clean and very quiet. Host was very responsive. An excellent value. You might want a car. You won’t be disappointed.

Wanda was a very attentive host. Everything in the condo was as expected. It was great not having to worry about RECO electricity as it’s included, so it wasn’t a problem using the AC. The pools are a real bonus too. Thanks Wanda!

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour chez Heather! La piscine est l'attrait principale ! Nous avons adoré la présence des deux chiens, ils venaient nous reconduire jusqu'à la route principale!🫶🏼 Le logement est super bien rapport qualité/prix ! Il est facile de se voyager jusqu'à West End en taxi 2$/personne ou en bus 1$/personne, ils passent très souvent ! Nous avons aimé notre voyage et nous nous sentions en sécurité dans le logement! 😊

Great place to stay. Beautiful views and very walkable to the beach. *The stairs to get to the AirBNB are steep. If you’re not physically fit or struggle going up and down stairs, this may not be the place for you.

Disclaimer: we actually stayed at the house next door so this is not representative of this exact listing. However, what I can share about it is that the surroundings are extremely beautiful and quiet even if just off the main road. A manager is available in case you might need anything. And most importantly the house was extremely well equipped and I can assume this might be the case for all of the listings from the owners, better equipped than my own place. Overall, great place to stay.

Had an amazing stay. We booked 2 villas- both were beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Staff was really responsive and kind. Restaurant and cafe were good. Great location between both West End and West Bay.

We loved our stay here. It was away from the cruise crowds and we got around just fine with our rental car. We happened to stay during the windy-est week ever, and sweet Hana was always checking in on us when the power winked out a couple of times. It was nothing that she could have prevented, but it was nice to know that someone cared!

This place was everything and more, the property was beautiful, clean, secluded, but not too far for everything, it’s a little walk from the Strip but walkable. I will definitely book this place again in the future. My only suggestion about this property will be in the bedrooms need to have blockout curtains because it’s too bright in the mornings especially when you’re trying to sleep in. But other than that you will not regret staying here. ☺️

Barb and Jay’s place was absolutely perfect for us! It’s an adorable set up that makes you want to stay forever. They both were so kind, helpful and very responsive. They had a taxi pick us up from the airport and take us to the property where they had a bottle of wine waiting for us. It’s super close to the main strip of West End, we walked everywhere. Overall great stay, great people, would recommend!

Really enjoyed Casa de YOLO! House was spacious, clean and had most everything we needed. There is construction of houses going on around the space but it didn’t disturb us too much. Definitely recommend communicating with Traci or the propriety manager Cheryl ahead of time as the first day finding the house was a bit difficult. Also you’ll want to rent a bigger car as one of the main roads leading to the house is gravel.

The condo was very nice with great ocean views, being located right on iron shore. Great to watch the ship traffic during morning coffee or evening sun downers. Location is ideal - in a nice peaceful residential neighborhood, but only a 5’ walk to the shops/restaurants/bars of west end. Also, there are some places that are even closer (Stowaway, Paolo’s, Loretta’s). Definitely no need for a car (unless you plan on heading to the east end of the island…). Kitchen is well set up. Highlight for me was the multiple coffee prep methods (moka pot, French press, drip). Awesome to have a good cup of coffee while watching the cruise ships go by in the morning.

This condo met my family's needs during our diving trip. The owner helped me connect with her property manager, and she in turn coordinated transportation for us (a) from the airport to the condo with an intermediate stop for groceries and (b) from the condo back to the airport at the end of our trip. The owner was flexible about our check-in time, and the property manager met us upon arrival, ensuring that we had access to the condo and were familiar with all of its resources before she departed. The upstairs neighbors sprang into action when we had a WiFi problem, and they helped ensure that we were able to access an alternate WiFi source. We only used the AC in the two bedrooms at night, and we ended up paying an extra $25 in electricity charges for our 5-night stay in early April. There's ample cross-ventilation during the daytime when the doors are open. The condo's location makes for a safe and peaceful environment that's a short walk to restaurants and dive centers.

We had a great week at this condo! Vanessa was extremely responsive to all questions. She arranged our pick up at the airport which was very helpful. The condo was spacious for our family of four and the pool was a great amenity. We loved taking a water taxi to the Mayan Princess in West Bay to enjoy the beach and pool. Snorkeling was amazing right off the beach! The condo was a short walk to all of the great restaurants in West End. There are a lot of steps to get up to the condo so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Like some others said, the linens & decor could use a refresh but overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

One of the most beautiful places I have stayed, the views were spectacular, the place its self is much better than staying in a 5 star hotel. We went there for diving and all of the main dive sites were walking distance. The communication with Bill and Ramona was amazing.

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family of 5. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, big kitchen and beautiful views from the balcony. Pool (shared) was nice and always clean. 24hr security made us feel safe as there’s not much around the building. The unit is a bit far from the (touristy) busy part of roatan but that was fine for us as we had a car and it took about 30mins to get to west bay. We often stopped in town on the way back to the condo for the local street food that was fantastic and very affordable. Will definitely book Nicole’s place again if available.

Buen lugar para descansar en familia y bonito .carolina muy atenta a todas nuestras necesidades respondía inmediatamente a todo lo que se necesitaba a pesar de que habian algunos inconvenientes en la casa ya q faltaban algunas cosas pero dio solución a ello .

The house was exactly as described and the check in process was very smooth. Beautifully accommodated our family for the 2 weeks we stayed here. The location was perfect, walking distance to some great beaches and restaurants and for everything else there was the water taxi! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
