The apartment is beautiful and very neat!!! Has a very peaceful location and the service was excellent. Anita, Stephanie’s housekeeper, is very warm, friendly and super helpful. Gave us a lot of recommendations and was careful with us. Totally recommended place.

Josh is a very friendly person, if you want to have fun and have a good time you have to stay here. The place is close to everything, convenience stores, bars, restaurants and has a spectacular view for sunrises and sunsets. It has everything necessary inside the room. And very close to the pier.

Good place to stay in Utila. Nice outdoor area and location is great since its close to amenities and entertainment but extremely quiet at night.

Small place but has everything if you just need a place to crash. Great location and everything is new. Pool is a nice ammenity.

The stay was very good, Doña Maria super friendly! We were able to check in early what prevented us from walking with our bags around the island. In front of the apartment there is a very nice pier. And it's quite close to the public beach.

We had a nice stay at Anchor Inn. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the main street. I worked remotely for our month stay and the wifi worked perfectly without any issues. We are traveling with our small dog and he enjoyed the walled, gated complex. Access to a washing machine was a big plus. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in the future.

If you want to connect with the ocean and your family this is the place. We spent a month with Trish, Captin Ron, Melvin the fishing pro, his daughter and wife Miley and Cristie and everyone was amazing. Ohh and Anke the best dive master you could ask for. We caught fish, we snorkeled our legs off, and we dove from the boat and the shore when we wanted. Miley helped with the kids, and Trish is accommodating, friendly, helpful, and responsive as your host. Overall the house has what you need, it's all rustic but works well. The local dock is in front of the house, so some people watching and some coming and going are expected. You are secluded but you will see lots of people in and out. No one is of disturbance but this was a little unexpected at first. The ocean and reef are amazing and the more time you spend with your face in the water the more you will see. We saw a lot of great stuff. Everyone was great and we can't say enough about the beach and water and people.

I had a wonderful stay at Jenny & Amp’s Airbnb! The location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Utila😊

We had a great stay at the coconut house ! It was a great place to unwind after a week of doing a medical clinic on the mainland . I loved being able to do the cooking for my friends . The only thing that would have made it better was if we had a little mor access and flexibility to going to Utila town .

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! The house was very budget friendly and had all of the basics we needed to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were in top shape. We appreciated the location because it was quiet and there were no loud neighbors. At the same time, we felt close enough to everything in town. We appreciated Katherine’s flexibility when our itinerary changed last minute. We would enjoy visiting again someday.

Eagle Ray Villa was the perfect place for our small family. We spent a beautiful week there. Cheri and Jonell were always attentive and they make sure our stay was always comfortable. Beddings were high quality also. Location is perfect, away enough from the hustle of Utila town, but a short drive from restaurants and the beach. We will be back soon without a doubt.

This was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this place, not just for the amenities but for the host. Snorkeling out front was beautiful, the pool was great, nice trade winds, whole house filtered water. Jo met us at the dock with a tuk tuk, her personal vehicle and had lined up two golf cart rentals that were at the dock as well. We were able to smoothly get all our luggage and people to the house without stress. She got us settled in, explained everything about the house, and had a guide to Utila with a ton of useful information. The house was equipped with solar panels which really decreased our power usage. Power is extremely expensive on Utila. It's about 4 times what it is in the states. Expect to pay extra unless you want to run the AC all the time or rent a house with solar panels like this one. I don't think we could have had a better host or better house while we were on the island! Thanks so much, Jo!

This was our second stay at the Caye House, and we will be back again. Tina, the property manager, is a gem! She's always so welcoming, super helpful, and concerned for our comfort. The house itself is perfectly located on the main strip within walking distance of pretty much everything, but it is on the water - so super peaceful. The house is large and airy, perfect for a small group. Our group dived with Watersports, and they picked us up and dropped us off on our private dock every day. The porch and private dock are perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets or taking a dip in the harbor. There's a freshwater shower at the end of the dock. The kitchen is fabulous if you want to make your own meals. All the rooms have great views. We love the Caye House, and our group is looking forward to our return.

Nice spacious home for our group of 8. Beautiful water view with relaxing sound of the waves. Nice cold a/c, private, and they even provided jugs of water and a very welcomed bag of ice. We definitely enjoyed our stay and appreciated their texts to check in with us several times. Excellent hosts.

Patrice is one of the best hosts my husband and I have come across since using airbnb. Patrice and her husband go above and beyond to be proactive in accommodations and quick to respond when help was needed. The space is cute and clean! It is also private yet in the middle of all the fun activities/restaurants Utila has to offer. I would recommend a stay in any of the cabañas Patrice has to offer and will hopefully be able to stay again in the future. Thank you Patrice for allowing us to stay at your cabaña and for being so attentive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Regained. It was relaxing and peaceful with an easy walk to the city center.

This is the BEST place I have stayed throughout Central and South America for the price you pay. The house is incredibly well built, comfortable bed, good shower and very well stocked kitchen. Usually with Airbnbs the kitchen equipment is very basic an limited. The place is walking distance to everything you need, but away from the 'party area' which is nice. Roland is a very sweet, friendly and approachable guy. He offered to help us out when my husband felt sick. BBQ and laundry facilities are available for use which we loved. You won't regret staying here.

Alex was very helpful and responsive. The room was charming, we had the honeymoon suite with the balcony and it was so nice looking out over the water. I would love to stay here again in the future
