We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. In the immediate vicinity of the end-proof cultural mile (approx. 5 min. Walking distance) and to the Poppelsdorf district (about 10 minutes. Footpath) is my lovely penthouse apartment. Apartment is added to the existing building about 12 years ago as a structure. The spacious bright dining and living area with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The roof terrace (approx. 10 sqm with aut. Markiese) offers sun from morning to evening. Two bathrooms and a separate bedroom complete the apartment.

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!
