Gertrud is a great host. She is so friendly and we loved the quiet atmosphere and the wood fire. It was 30 minutes away from Nord Hausen and other places we wished to visit. It was very rural and we loved her donkeys who called for their breakfast every morning

Super cozy and perfectly equipped apartment, 5 minutes walk from a supermarket and bakery, not too far from the center, in short ideal. Communication with Yvonne was simple and we felt welcomed. There were plenty of games and toys for the kids, it was a great bonus! Thanks again!

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Katja's place. The apartment is very spacious and lovingly furnished. From the kitchen you have a great view of the horse paddock. The communication was very pleasant and we always received quick responses. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in an idyllic region, this is a good place to stay - the accommodation is highly recommended and we will be happy to come back!

We spent a weekend here with the family and loved it. We were there with seven adults, one child and our dog. The house is really a dream! It is very nicely decorated and offers many opportunities to sit nicely together (two living rooms and a great conservatory). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds - there are three bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed - are very comfortable. The house is very nicely located directly on the Weser. You can park for free directly in front of the house. The city center of Bad Karlshafen is very quickly accessible on foot. There is also a Netto and two bakers within walking distance. It was special that Eckhard (one of the hosts) welcomed us with coffee and cinnamon rolls at check-in:). We highly recommend the place for a stay

Great apartment, nice contact, everything is great!!!

The apartment is very nicely located on the forest and is super equipped. The bed is very comfortable and we enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful view. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bad Sachsa and you can go hiking directly. Since we were traveling without a car, we had to do everything else on foot. But that didn't bother us any further. : ) Everything was great and we can definitely recommend the place!

We felt very comfortable. It was very clean and the apartment was very cozy, which was not only due to the fireplace, but also to the furniture and decoration. The connection to Kassel (next largest city) was easy enough to reach by public transport. There were also plenty of flyers that show hiking trails and other attractions. We were also very happy that the apartment was fully equipped (dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils). I have not seen the folder, which gives a brief overview of everything in and around the apartment (fireplace instructions, supermarkets and food options nearby, etc.). I really enjoyed it. All in all, a great apartment with many details that made it very comfortable and cozy. Can we fully recommend it. Especially for hikers.

Nice stay at Angela's for the New Year's Eve

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy and offered us exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. We especially enjoyed the idyllic location - it was incredibly peaceful and we were able to really switch off. Our children were thrilled, because right next door there was a beautiful creek where they could play for hours. That was really perfect for us as a family. A special thank you goes to the hosts Helge and Conny. They were incredibly nice and welcomed us very warmly. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a break in the middle of nature.

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

Marc is an incredibly kind and warm host. Together with my buddy, we had the opportunity to experience and enjoy this pretty and idyllically located cottage and the accompanying tranquility, exactly such a break we had been looking for and needed. Especially if you're from a big city. I can really recommend this tranquil listing to everyone when it comes to unwind and recharge. Thank you Marc, for this lovely time you gave us through your cottage. :)

We felt very comfortable - the large living room is a great extra if available! View of the pasture at breakfast - wonderful. Thank you for the nice time also with the opportunity to participate in yoga. Very valuable. Recommend your gem wholeheartedly. Peace and nature.

We were very satisfied , communication was straightforward from the beginning. The place was very clean, the inventory very nice. There were drinks and sweets. There was also an offer for Netflix and Danz on a spacious TV. And at the end , yes WiFi was also available at all times and reception for the mobile phone was also available:-)))) The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. On the lake you can do water skiing and various things. A small beach bar is available. The operators are totally warm and humorous. The bike paths are great and you can eat delicious food in the area. Unfortunately, the facilities such as mini-golf, tennis, soccer field, etc. are currently not usable... But it didn't bother us... We would love to come back :-)

An absolutely beautiful, clean and lovingly furnished vacation home with a super location and the reservoir was within walking distance. We were all very comfortable and can highly recommend this super nice holiday home!

The communication with Heike and Felix (host) was great, all questions were answered immediately and uncertainties resolved. The house is very well maintained and it is everything you need on site. The last but not the guest gift surprised me really positively. This was the first time there but certainly not the last time, but then for longer! Aggregate: Perfect, just great and highly recommended!

Very nice contact with Ludmilla. All questions were answered extremely quickly 👍 The house exactly matches the description and had everything you could ever need. Even hand towels, soap and toilet paper were sufficiently available.

We enjoyed staying at the top floor apt of this beautiful old home on the river very much and hope to return one day! Views are idyllic and grounds of the property were amazing.

This accommodation is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable. The apartment is of the optimal size and is very cozy. Everything you need in terms of amenities is there. The communication with Marius worked very quickly and easily. We would definitely book this apartment again.

A comfortable and well-equipped two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of an old farmhouse in the village of Vernawahlshausen, a short drive from Uslar. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is just under the roof of the farmhouse, so during hot sunny weather it can get quite hot in the apartment. I was there during the heatwave in July 2022, and (being Scottish) there were a couple of days when I found the heat uncomfortable. The hosts very kindly arranged for me to sleep in a spare bedroom on the ground floor of the farmhouse, which was much cooler. Many thanks. I would be very happy to stay in this apartment again if I return to this part of Germany. One other comment. If you're interested in cycling, a good off-road cycle path connects Vernawahlshausen with the very nice Weser Cycle Path. A trip to Hann. Münden is worthwhile, and I recommend the Ratsbrauhaus for lunch.

Thank you for the very relaxing and pleasant stay. I particularly liked the rain shower! The communication with Oxana is very straightforward and she is at my side with everything. It is important to her that I, as your guest, am completely happy and I lack nothing. Highly recommend!

We stayed with Toto over New Year's Eve. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge and a toto, who first drank a beer with us and showed us his apartment. It was super nice. Toto is likeable and a great host. Just in time at noon, Toto and his girlfriend then greeted us on the terrace for the new year and toasted with us.
