This cozy "Shouse" (shop house) is located on a 136 acre farm. Guests have a view of a working horse ranch with horses, a mini donkey, a pony! The “Farmshouse" is decorated in French Country & Farmhouse Chic! Your host (Sheena) was a housekeeper for elite executives in the area for over 10 years. I am very meticulous and can guarantee a beautifully clean and comfortable stay. Farmshouse has new kitchen & carpet! We have recently added a new covered porch with patio table, chairs & barbecue!

Entire house (1600 sq ft). Lots of room, great location, plenty of parking. Perfect location for high school sports games, getting away to the mountains or Clearwater or Salmon Rivers! Huge entertainment room with foosball and old school arcade!. Minisplit AC units in Master Bedroom and Family Room allow you to control the temperature separately and give versatility to the 2 propane furnaces in the winter. The Highway 13 cabin is located in our backyard. You will have the entire cabin to yourself. The cabin is small so plan accordingly. The main bedroom is up the ladder in the loft. Great for hunting or fishing trips as you will have a lot of room right outside of town with access to the forest or rivers. Our place is easily accessible and safe and secure!
