Very nice and above all special apartment. Only the windows are probably very old and therefore not well insulated, so you can hear the street. The garden is an absolute dream and we loved moving freely in it and watching the sheep, goats and all the birds. The apartment is wonderfully divided, very large and has everything you need. Thank you Helena, we really felt very comfortable with you.

We never had a chance to meet Ronald but he was spot on responding to texts and to answer questions. The apartment was immaculate and had everything one might need. Wine, beer, snacks, and bread were in the refrigerator for us. Coffee and tea were available also. The beds were very firm and pillows were very soft so depending on your preference, this could be a consideration. Having a washer and dryer was great. And the pass for free transportation was perfect. Two bus stops close by. One uphill. One downhill. I highly recommend this place and would for sure stay again. Oh, and the view was spectacular!!!

Karsten's apartment is a fantastic design with an excellent view over the Herz-Jesu-Kirche across the street. Suited to accommodate a couple or solo traveler, it is also in an excellent location within walking distance to all of the sights within the old town area, as well as restaurants, shopping, the Koblenz Stadtmitte and Koblenz Hauptbahnhof train stations. I met Tobias to get the key to the apartment and, for older folks like me, there are no steps to get into or with the apartment. The washer and dryer were particularly appreciated, along with the dishwasher and extra large shower. I was in Koblenz in mid-November and I will note that the apartment stays on the cooler side, so prepare accordingly. On this particular trip across Eastern Europe, I stayed in 11 AirBnBs and the bed in Karsten's apartment wins as most comfortable! I highly recommend Karsten's place!

Tina & Tom are fantastic hosts offering accommodation in a place I totally admire! We made a decision in the last moment and were so surprised how seamlessly it went. The place itself is very spacious and nicely designed. I as someone who loves cooking was happy about the very well-equipped kitchen (and the supplies we've been provided), the view over the valley and the castle across is breathtaking. We're definitely coming back next spring or fall.

I had a lovely stay at Barbara's place. Communication was friendly and straightforward. The apartment was very clean and I had all I needed. The apartment is located in a quiet area, at the same time there are many excursion options in the area. If you need inspiration, you will find a folder in the apartment with various excursion destinations and tourist activities. I'd love to come back! :)

We visited grandma and grandpa with 2 children. We didn't want to go to the campsite and were looking for an alternative. We found this great apartment. We were positively surprised and would be happy to come back. Maybe we'll come back again with the motorized two-wheeler. Very nice curvy area!

The time at the Rossbergerhof was wonderful. The place is very large, has comfortable beds and a nice kitchen. The surroundings invite you to relax and offers many opportunities for hiking. My stay with the hosts was absolutely wonderful. They were very accommodating, friendly and respectful. From the beginning, they made me feel welcomed. The place was clean, cozy and perfect for relaxing. I especially enjoyed the peace and quiet environment that allowed me to completely switch off and leave everyday life behind me. Hosts were available at all times without being intrusive. Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxed experience that I can recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing break.
