Fantastic place , it was a pleasure to stay in the apartment that was clean, well equipped and in a good location

We stayed here for a second time and it was just as fantastic as before—spotlessly clean, beautifully outfitted, and in the perfect location. The only downside? This place is so popular that we could only snag a few nights and had to book pricier Airbnbs nearby, which didn’t come close in quality or value. Next time we’ll book even earlier, and we can’t recommend this home highly enough!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and located in a great area. Check-in was super easy, and the host was friendly and responsive the whole time. The space felt safe and welcoming, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had a 3 day stay in NY and this was a great spot for it. I wasn’t home much but the kitchen and bathroom had all amenities you could need. House to close walking distance to train station to get you to all the key spots in the city. Amazing stay!

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Annabel and John were great hosts and very responsive. We had an issue connecting to the WiFi after the isp had been there to upgrade the place’s service. Anabel and John come to troubleshoot the problem after 9pm and really cared about getting the issue fixed, which they did.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was extremely clean and well kept. It was in a beautiful area and restaurants were in walking distance, which was really nice. There was a local park nearby that we went to a lot. We were able to walk to the bus stop as well, there were a lot of places we could walk to, which was nice. I would definitely recommend staying at Victor‘s condo!

Comfortable and quiet place for a quick Brooklyn getaway.

Mike was an amazing host! My husband and I (and our dog) lived at the condo for three months while our home was being renovated. Very well appointed kitchen, bath and laundry. The bedroom was super comfortable and cozy and I slept just like I was at home. I could not recommend this apartment enough! Also very accessible to the Path or bus into NYC. Mike was also incredibly responsive. There’s a back patio that is really lovely and feels private.

Had an amazing stay at Styopa’s place! It was clean, and just as pictures described. Centrally located, and close to train stations too. Styopa answered all questions I had, and allowed me to check in early too! Check in/out was a breeze as well. I’d 100% come back to stay here next time I’m in Brooklyn!! Thanks again :)

A safe spot right in the heart of Hoboken. Very walkable to the path train that takes you right to New York. A very clean and spacious apartment. Hosts were responsive and great!

Where do I begin with Kings Airbnb? From the time I booked his Airbnb he communicated with me well. Upon arriving to the Airbnb there was lots of parking and easy access to the unit. When you walk into King's Airbnb you are greeted with beautiful Decor in every room. King's Airbnb will definitely be one I will revisit in the near future.

Hirian (Olga son) is literally the best! So accommodating and flexible . Literally even helped me out with one of my aunts that elderly. Can’t say enough of how great of a spot and host this Airbnb is . There’s so much to do and walkable, great culture and food on the street the Airbnb is on , public transportation is accessible . If you aren’t sure the host is right there available to answer any questions. It was a girls trip of 7 and we felt comfortable in the area , everyone slept great , space was clean. Two bathroom helps a lot and there was space for everyone to sleep . It is a two flight stair to climb but nothing crazy . Would definitely book here again if we come back to visit and felt that the price is affordable. Communication and hospitality is key and hirian (Olga son) definitely out shine himself . 10/10 recommend staying here for a trip to NY or NJ.

It was a safe and peaceful village. There is a convenience store nearby, and there are Korean grocery stores, CVS, and restaurants within walking distance. The bus stop is close and you can go to PABT without transferring. Most of all, the host is very friendly.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

Farzi is an exceptional host. She is warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Her home is impeccably clean and thoughtfully maintained, reflecting her high standards. Farzi regularly checks in to ensure that all needs are met, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. She is not only reliable but also a delight to converse with, making the stay both pleasant and memorable.

We were very pleased with the accommodations! We will definitely come back and stay here again.
