Lisa’s place is truly magical—a peaceful retreat that made me realize how much I love being around horses and farm. Spending time with them brought me so much joy and reminded me of home in the province. The cozy loft, the warmth of the space, and Lisa’s kindness made this visit feel incredibly special. I believe everything happens for a reason, and this trip felt like a beautiful blessing from the universe. Lisa, thank you from the bottom of my heart—you helped make one of my dreams come true. I’ll definitely be back when time allows, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful escape. It is truly a therapy for me!

This cabin was perfect. My sister has stayed there a few times in the past so when I needed a place for my out of town guests I knew they would love it. And they did. They raved about the property and animals. They enjoyed their morning coffee on the porch and then a morning walk around the property. They said the bed was very comfortable and that having the animals around made it feel like home. But most of all they enjoyed meeting their 5star hostess Lauren while they were out and about on the property. She was kind, caring, and accommodating. When Lauren saw my friend out on her walk she stopped to chat and ask her how her stay was going and if she needed anything. My friends even said they would definitely stay there again. They thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall an amazing experience. Even if just for one night. And as the person who was in constant contact with Lauren, she was a delight to deal with via text or in person there at the property. Thanks for the hospitality Lauren.

Great little spot for my wife and I to stay the night. Very clean and nice on the inside and out. We will be back for sure.

Janes cottage was as adorable, as was she. very peaceful and clean. lovely neighborhood, close to most of my requirements, including Waxhaws great main Street district. Best sleep I've gotten, in a long time.
