Peter was an amazing host and his apartment was great!

The apartment is on the main route between the airport and city so is conveniently situated for both. Supermarkets and restaurants are a minute away. The apartment itself is high end with double bathrooms and a large outdoor patio area. It’s fully air conditioned with individual ceiling fans in each of the main rooms. Bec communicates very well and we would certainly stay here again.

Great inner city pad. Great location moments to anywhere. A hop skip and jump to the metro. Great apartment. That’s cleverly designed the lifestyle make it feel like a much bigger pace than it is it really works. The downside if I had to say anything is the bedroom gets a bit warm there is a pedestal fan provided which takes the edge off. That’s more in the daytime the evenings when it cools down and the room cools down as well Dept is beautiful air-conditioned and gorgeous.

Our purpose for being in Sydney was related to an exam at UNSW and the location of the unit at Waterloo proved to be most convenient, as it was only about a 20-minute walk /<10 minute drive from that institution. The unit was a real joy, being clean, tastefully decorated, and being quite spacious. There was a study area that was perfect for exam preparation, a full kitchen comfortable lounge area and a large balcony that extended from the lounge and was equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. The block that the unit was located in has a food and drinks available from the shops on the bottom floor, and there is a small supermarket and more restaurants immediately across the road. James was my friendly and helpful point of contact who quickly responded to my initial queries. Whilst our visit was more business than pleasure related, the ultimate test was passed insofar as, if asked would I recommend this property, the answer is a resounding yes. I would happily stay there again.
