This place is amazing. Umy is so helpful & supportive & responsive. She is an amazing host who has made this place with her heart. The house is practical, modern, clean & has everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful & cleaned regularly. The kitchen has everything you need, infact more than you ever will need. The pool table is like a plus which you can enjoy after swim. Everything that is kept here is of superior quality and Umy takes care of everything from her heart and alwasy available to help you out.

This house is too comfortable to live in, the house is located on the north side of Chiang Mai, about 10 kilometers from the old city, some are partial, but it is no problem to directly call grab, there is a local market nearby 1 km, there are many fruit and vegetable snacks, there are many birds crying in the morning, the air is very clean, I hope to stay a lot, I haven't had time to go to the boss's coffee shop to try it.

Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Great place to stay, easy to get in when you arrive. Alice is very responsive and kind. It's worth what it's listed at. Only concern for those that would want to know, Construction is happening nearby, you'll rarely hear it. Overall great place to stay.

the one's facilities are quite complete, there are three outdoor pools, a gym, a ping pong billiard room, an office study room, and even a drum room piano room!This room is not a balcony for the pool, so the price is also relatively affordable, overall it is definitely a great value for money! It was great place with beautiful lake overall except the toilets in the building were clogged for a couple of days I will stay again when I come back to Chiang Mai.
