This Airbnb is located in a fancy, luxury apartment complex and comes with all the necessary amenities. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The lobby area features a vehicle rental desk, a tours and travel desk (where you can book day tour packages), and a cute coffee spot. The host is very responsive. However, the apartment complex has a somewhat deserted feel, we barely saw anyone around.

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

I really enjoyed my time at Wassana’s place! After another airbnb host canceled on me, she came to the rescue quickly and promptly. She was very nice and greeted us upon arrival, allowing us to check in early. All instructions were clear and everything was good. We enjoyed our time there, from the beautiful tub to the comfortable living area.

The location is not far from Chiang Mai university. Better to rent a motorbike to explore the city. . The whole building is under the airplanes routes, in the evening there will be frequents flights taking off, after midnight till early morning, it’s quiet. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay, cozy and bright, size is good for two people.

What an amazing stay! I booked it for one month and will definitely be back. It has everything you need (especially if you like to cook), all appliances worked perfectly. The location is so convenient, next to a big shopping center with a very good supermarket. The condo facilities were another plus: a dreamy pool, a modern gym and a beautiful garden with small tables where you can work from. I have no negative remarks. And the owner is extremely friendly on top of that. 10/10 😍

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is brand new, very clean, and well-maintained — everything looks fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear that the host takes great care of the place. A big thank you to the host as well — she was always available, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the charming view from the window — a small family of goats grazing just outside, and a beautiful Russian Orthodox church in the background. It felt very special and unique. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, with a cozy atmosphere and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

The place is very close to the trendy "Nimman" area (5-10 min walk) and the great Maya shopping mall (sub 5min). It well situated to explore the Temples in the hills near Chiang Mai. From "old town" it is quite far, so you would hitch a ride. Due to airport proximity, you will hear some air planes starting but Chiang Mai airport is not very busy, also at night here are no planes. The apartment itself is quite small, but super clean and we felt right at home. It has everything you need (incl. Kitchen), but you probably want to order takeout anyway because so cheap in Chiang Mai and the restaurants are amazing. Internet is fast and stable, but the little desk in the bedroom is not ergonomic. The building is clean, and the neighbours are quiet. There is a pool and a small basic gym (no free weights though). The host is super helpful and responsive and when we had a problem instantly came by to help. Recommend 150%!! Thanks for the stay, we had a really great time!

We stayed in this apartment for a month and are very happy with how everything went. The apartment was clean, there was great internet. Having a washing machine was a big plus for us. In general, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We lacked hand towels in the bathroom and a mat at the exit from the shower (we bought more ourselves). Everything else is fine. We loved the location as we worked a lot at home and in the condo's co-working space. There is a huge shopping center nearby with all the shops and entertainment, which was also very convenient. The condo itself is very clean, calm, with a nice swimming pool (albeit cool) and a great gym. The host responded to questions in a timely manner and was available. Would love to come back 😌

Great experience! Lucas' place is in a perfect location: near the night bazaar, great restaurants, and walking distance to the Old City. The condo is very big, has great amenities, and a balcony overlooking the pool--which has a nice garden atmosphere. Lucas was a great host and very responsive to any questions.

I stayed here for almost 6 weeks in January/February. I was working at home & studying at a school nearby for most of the period. The location was perfect for daily living: lots of local sellers, canteens, laundrettes, shops, & a cheap gym within walking distance too. The flat is on the 10th floor with a great view & shared terrace area. The 4th-floor pool was open 1–7pm & is just big enough to swim laps. Courteous & friendly building staff. Basic kitchen equipment including a rice cooker. Basic amenities & supplies which was a big help on my first night. The host was quick & friendly, easy-going. The flat does get hot even at night, but there is a fan & air-con. Good internet connection & TV signal. There is a school next door which uses loudspeakers throughout the school day (weekdays 8am to around 4.30pm) — worth noting if you’re sensitive to noise. Otherwise I can recommend the flat for a pleasant local stay & I hope to return if I'm in Chiang Mai again.

Very very nice stay. Entering went smoothly with the right instructions. The apartment itself was exactly as indicated. The apartment complex was very quiet and beautiful, there are only posters everywhere that it is not suitable for backpackers and hotel goers. You have to look a little past that. There was plenty to do in the area and it is very centrally located. Sometimes there were smells coming from the bathroom, but that didn't bother me much. What else do you expect from Thailand ;) There was a leak due to the earthquake in Myanmar, I had no problems with this myself, the owner apologized very often and gave temporary solutions to the problem, but it did not bother me. The owner was very helpful with this. Overall, a great apartment!!
