Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Wasquehal

Very nice and tidy cottage in a nice, quiet place. The kids were thrilled with the toys and the hot tub was a plus. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only thing that could be better was the kettle (a little old and a lot of lime). And the towels were not supplied. That was neatly stated in advance, but we had missed it for a while.

Accommodation as described and well-equipped. Very well prepared welcome. Very clean upon arrival.

David is an excellent host, always responds quickly and provides useful information about Lille. The property is superb, very well equipped and has a lovely garden. Off road parking space and garage available if required. The property is approx. 20 min walk to the town centre, and has a supermarket within 200 metres. Lille is a lovely town with very friendly people. The Eurostar station is easy to navigate, as is the local station which is very close (we had a day trip to Bruges). Very good stay in the Flemish house. Spacious, clean, well-equipped house. They think of everything and are very available when needed. We'll come back without a second thought if the opportunity arises!!!

The place is just exceptional! Every detail seems to have been carefully thought out to offer comfort and convenience. The layout is ideal, showcasing each space in a stylish and welcoming way. The atmosphere that emerges is warm and soothing, a real cocoon where it's good to live. Whether you're resting after a busy day or sharing convivial moments, this place looks perfect in every way. Adeline and Romain are great hosts and very kind!

We had a very nice weekend at Cyril's house. It' just as pictured in the photos and we felt welcome right away. Thanks again for the tasty brioche. Everything was sneaky clean and it comfy. It was great to have a spacious place with a nice living room and small garden to hang out after walking through Lille and before hitting the nightlife. Happy to come back if possible next time I visit Lille.

We felt at home from the first minute. Possibly also due to the many storage space. As a result, there was no bag or valies in it. But certainly also because the place is clean and tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is equipped with "all" the necessary. We enjoyed the blossoms that surround the house. In the bathroom we felt in the crown of the tree. The stove was also wonderful! We used the cottage as a base for visiting Lille and Villa Cavrois. Highly recommend: bakery "August & Fernand".

We had a great time in Lille. The apartment is impeccable, ideally located in the heart of Old Lille while being very quiet. Corinne is super welcoming and has great tips. She was also very accommodating by allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. She also lent us everything we needed for our 3.5 year old daughter (chair, dishes and bathtub). I recommend it without hesitating!

Very nice host, fluid and responsive communication, all the instructions were very clear, a pleasure! The apartment has charm, it is not one of these investor airbnb furnished with 3 ikea cutlery, it is perfectly placed, it is impossible to do more central. In short, perfect for a Lille getaway!

Very nice place. My kids loved the open garden space. A short drive to the centre of Lille. The hosts were very accommodating and I do recommend highly!

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was as described, very bright, easy to access which allowed us to get to where we wanted on foot. The instructions were clear. Max was also very responsive to our requests. I recommend it.

Spacious and pleasant home. We stayed with 4 people and that was fine to do. Communication with Sidi went smoothly. He responds quickly and friendly. House is a 30-minute walk from the old town but the metro is around the corner. Recommended.

Very good stay in this beautiful house! True to the photos, this house is perfect for a quiet family time enjoying the pool and surroundings.

Feels very homey and peaceful. We absolutely adore this place. This is our second visit to Carmen’s villa and it never disappoints. It is located in a very central location and it is a small hideaway haven. The house is immaculate and well appointed. Definately recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Ypres.

We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

If I could give a sixth star, I would. We enjoyed a perfect and very comfortable stay!

SUPER SUPER SUPER HOST & HOME. Sabine and Yves were absolutely incredible as was there stunning home, there is literally NOTHING you need apart from yourselves and your food, there is every possible convenience you need, every room was wonderful, spotlessly clean and sooooo homely. The outside area was fabulous with a huge dining table and pull across canopy to keep you shaded if needed while your having your Alfresco time, reclining chairs and table and chairs , and the views were perfect all in a secluded location. If I had to pick my prefect home this would be it, this is not a 5 star home, this is a 10 star home..********** Thank you both again so much, it was a pleasure to meet you, and I will always remember you.. xx

We once again had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place and were able to stay for longer this time. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful house, garden & pool but we spent some time in Lille which was wonderful. Recommend the Cita Parc for those with small children. A fabulous stay in a truly luxurious home.
