As a local returning to visit family, this flat was absolutely perfect for my stay. Cramlington's finest, in my opinion. The property is spacious, offering easy access to the garden and dedicated parking. Its location is ideal—centrally located in Cramlington but still peaceful, making it a great base for exploring Northumberland or enjoying a quiet retreat away from the city. The beds are incredibly spacious and comfortable, with luxurious pillows that ensured a restful night's sleep. A thoughtful touch from the hosts was the provision of laundry tablets, which came in handy for washing clothes during our stay. They also supplied a high chair, which was very useful, along with some essential extras like spare light bulbs, additional kitchen towels, and cleaning supplies. We truly felt at home and will definitely return on our next visit.

My partner and I had a great time staying at Debra’s place in Seaham! Exactly as described in the listing, the apartment was spotless and well presented, left us wanting for nothing. Debra was a great host, suggesting different local restaurants and points of interest. Ashoka Indian and The Lamp Room are both well worth a visit on the sea front. We had a great few days in Blyth. The house was very clean, comfortable and attractive, with everything we needed and more. The welcome pack of food and drink on arrival was well received - thank you! It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and a good fish and chip restaurant. Plenty do see and do just a short drive away. Communications from Gary were clear and helpful, and he gave lots of local recommendations. Can’t fault anything!

The property was perfect - well maintained and clean. It is also very well equipped and comfortable, and ideal for a family. Arun was a super responsive host. Situated on a quiet street off West Road, it is a perfectly located for public transporting easy access to the centre of Newcastle. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay for 2 nights with my partner and our mini sausage Winnie! Place was exactly as described, bathroom was absolutely spotless. Kitchen had plenty of equipment with condiments etc. hot tub was a lovely edition. Really enjoyed and would be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was decorated to a high standard and had a good amount of space for our needs. It had almost all the facilities we needed to celebrate Christmas (we needed to buy a few more trays for the oven but that was about it). One thing to be aware of that we missed when booking is that the bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house, behind the kitchen, which was a bit of a surprise as we didn't remember seeing that noted before booking, however didn't cause us too many issues during the visit. The only other thing to note is there were a few minor maintenance issues (missing/dead light bulbs for example) that should be fixed, however again this didn't cause any problems during the stay, just something that could be improved to fully bring out the potential of the space.

What a wonderful place to stay. The house is a lot bigger than it appears on the photos. There is a lovely fresh odour in the house. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. The entire house is spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are so big. Beds are comfy, good pillows, the bedding is of good quality, beautifully smelling. Lots of sockets in all the rooms. In the front bedroom there is a desk/dressing table. I would say take a mirror with you because there aren't any in the bedrooms. There is a full length mirror on the landing though with a socket nearby. The shower is the best ever!!! Hot water near enough instant. Heaven!! The property is about 20 minutes walk to the City centre- plenty of busses if you dont fancy the walk. Thank you Stuart, we loved staying at your lovely townhouse and if we ever come back to Durham we would look to stay with you again.

I returned "home" to Durham as part of my sabbatical from my work in Australia. I was looking for a place close to the city, but also quiet and peaceful too. Chris' place was exactly what I was looking for. If you are lucky enough to experience the beautiful spring weather, as I did, you can enjoy sitting on the terrace watching, the ducks, rowing boats and life in general sail by. It is simply picture perfect! The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you could ever want! The beds are clean and comfortable and I slept better than I have in any other space that is not home! I would highly recommend and hope to back soon. If you are considering Chris' place - look no further. Just do it. You will not regret it!

Our stay at Rachel’s cottage was excellent. Every thing we needed and spotlessly clean. Rachel kindly left us breakfast and is going the extra mile by sending me my t shirt home that I had left behind! The space is small but perfectly formed.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

We had a fabulous 3 night stay in the Loft. The flat was spotlessly clean, and furnished to a very high standard. We found the flat very comfortable and we felt immediately at home. We had everything we could have needed, and the little shop downstairs made for easy restocking! The hosts were incredibly responsive and had made sure everything in the flat was easy to find and operate. The village is beautiful, with lovely walks along the Tees just a stones throw away from the front door. The area is full of spectacular scenery, and a plethora of local attractions, which Chris and Karen had given us loads of information about before we arrived. We'd be more than happy to re-book if we are coming to the area again.

Karen's place was just what we were looking for. Just a few minutes walk to the city centre. It was peaceful and quiet, very clean and fully equipped with tea, coffee and milk and also toiletries. The place was very comfortable and safe. We also had a parking space in the garage which was perfect. Karen was an amazing host, met us on the day of the check in and explained everything to us. She was very helpful and super nice 😊 All in all a very great stay, we definitely recommend and we will rebook when we visit Newcastle again ☺️
