Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Washington County

We stayed in apartment 1. It was cozy, the king bed was great, and close enough to walk to downtown abingdon if you please. Would stay here again

We booked our stay at Barry's a few hours prior to arrival and he had no problem accommodating our last minute booking! The apartment was clean and had all the essentials and King bed was extremely comfortable. He even had a baby gate for the top of staircase to keep our toddler safe. We were able to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The 2 bed areas are separate but do not technically have doors - the one closest to living space (King) has a screen that can be expanded for privacy. This setup worked great for us but others may require a door so just wanted to share that detail since I missed it in the listing photos. We chatted with Barry in person before leaving and he was super friendly and gave some local recommendations. We recommend staying here and think it is even better in person than photos! Ideal location and very comfortable stay for 2 couples. As others have noted, the space is larger than it looks in the picture. The kitchen is fully stocked, the living room is a comfortable place to relax, and the brochures and local information were very helpful. Great stay in a beautiful location!

Deborah's little stayaway was the perfect escape out in the sloping hills of Bristol. The host was very communicative and flexible.

Great place walkable to most of the bike shops and the town which has restaurants. Easy in and out procedures as well as parking. Awesome property.

Clean, had everything one could possibly need, comfortable beds, coffee maker AND COFFEE! It was really nice to have a full-size washer and dryer! Very pleasant host. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great location right in the middle of Historic Abingdon! An easy walk to several restaurants, shops, and the Barter Theater. Very clean and well-equipped space.

Jim was extremely nice and hospitable, and we love his family dog! A beautiful property with an amazing view, this is probably the best Air b-n-b in Damascus! We will definetly book again next trip.

Fred's place was adorable and a great place for us to stay while in town to see some Emory and Henry University Theatre Dept. shows. Cozy and welcoming home!

This was a very homey and quaint place. The details were very well thought out. The host was very responsive and helpful in making our stay enjoyable.

This is a wonderful spot for a family gathering. The house easily accommodates 8 adults without feeling cramped. It's location provides great access for a group looking to explore the Damascus area and the Virginia Creeper Trail. The house is also close enough to allow exploration of Abingdon and Bristol.

Our holiday in our “home away from home” could not have been nicer. John was so quick to help us if we had a question or needed something. Comfortable living spaces and dreamy mattresses and linens…..would definitely stay again!

We booked the home the morning of our stay and only spent one night because we just needed to break up our drive home from Thanksgiving. Hugo was responsive and friendly and gave clear instructions regarding the home. Everything was just as pictured and we were able to settle in right away. The home had plenty of space for our family of 6. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There are no extra “chores” to do before check out and that allowed us to get right back on the road which we appreciated. He also supplied coffee which saved us a stop! We did not have a chance to explore Bristol but wish that we had…maybe another time! When choosing this home just be aware that none of the bedrooms have locks and 2 of the 3 rooms have sliding barn doors in case the lack of privacy is an issue for you. Otherwise we would highly recommend the home to anyone looking to visit Bristol or have a pit stop like us!

Was just an absolutely beautiful house and scenery. So nice to sit on the deck to enjoy my morning coffee. Having the neighbors sheep come down to visit was a bonus. If I am back in the area again will definitely come back here. Doug was extremely helpful with the booking and check-in. Also, gave a good recommendation for a restaurant. A+++++

We met my husband's brother and wife from Knoxville, Tennessee there to celebrate his 80th birthday. All eight people were over 70. The house was perfect for all of us. It was so beautiful and unique. Very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed our time there eating, playing games and celebrating. There were many special touches and amenities. The area is great. We enjoyed the Bristol Speedway Christmas light display and seeing The Christmas Carol at Barter theater in Abingdon. Shopping in downtown Bristol was enjoyable too. Thanks for allowing us to experience your beautiful home. If we ever come back that way again, we will surely stay there.

The house was exactly as described. It was comfortable and clean. The wine was a very nice touch. I went out on the porch one morning and a bird landed right by foot. I will say I think we were both surprised, LOL. We definitely recommend this place.

Easy to find and a great location. We were visiting family in Abingdon for Thanksgiving. This was close to town and easy to get to places of interest. The kitchen was well equipped.

Great place to stay fit all our needs for our trip . Would use Seth's place again if we would return to the area.

Extraordinary welcome. It was a WOW entrance. Exceptional decor. It was a warm and welcoming interior with a spa like bath and a design that communicated tranquility and rest. Excellent communication. Attention to detail - the best. Whatever you need, Janice has anticipated and addressed. Extra-effort put forth. My wife and I had been traveling four weeks when we decided to veer toward Abingdon instead of our home (in NC). We asked to wash clothes in the shared laundry room… you might be surprised to know how happy that ‘Sure!’ sounded when we received it. We highly recommend this place. We may even gift our children with a stay there. Abingdon is a special place; ‘The Nest’ makes it even ‘special-er’!

The home was in excellent condition very clean. The location was very quiet but still close to major attractions in the area. We enjoyed time there.
