Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro-farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY, and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of our tent.

Adirondack Riverside Apartment, Kayak or Ski

One bedroom apartment - all the amenities attached to our home. Private entrance. Large backyard overlooking a river - shared backyard, but we aim to give you as much privacy as possible - we are often not around in the summer. You can kayak up and down the Batten Kill River- campfire, grill, sit back and relax. Don't forget to enjoy our rustic boat house. In the winter we are a ten minute drive to Willard Mountain. A small local ski mountain with 12 trails and very affordable ticket prices.

This Cozy Cabin is the perfect place to getaway! Set on 80 Acres of beautiful grasslands & woods with trails to explore! Close to NY & VT Hiking/Ski Mountains & SPAC. Only 30 mins to Saratoga Springs Race Track & Lake George! Bring your snowshoes in the Winter to explore the 80 acre property. Queen size bed upstairs & a pullout full size bed in the living room. Reconnect with nature with a good forest bath! Well water not potable & has a sulfur smell due to the clay. Drinking water provided.

Slateville Farm ~The Pines ~ Secluded Campsite

The Pines is our last addition to Slateville Farm campsite family, it sits high on a nob among old growth pine trees & is our most remote secluded site. Trail connected, a 4x4 vehicle is needed to access the site. Seasonal sunset views are enjoyed through the trees and the site can comfortable accommodate 2-3 tents. We offer 4 wooden Viking Chairs which sit around the stone fire pit, equipped with a swivel park grill, a wooden picnic table & of course its very own custom built outhouse.

Hillside Cottage @ The Mettawee Retreat

The Hillside Cottage is a luxury cabin with views of the Mettawee River. Located on 26 acres on a back road, it is peaceful & private. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking or relax on the deck. This riverside retreat includes a king bed, jacuzzi tub & a kitchenette. Sitting around the fire pit with dinner cooked on the grill is the perfect ending to a long hike. Whether it’s a quick get-away or an extended vacation, the Hillside Cottage is a simple solution from a complicated life.

All you need for a memorable glamping experience. The amazing views and comfortable accommodations, a roaring bonfire and candlelight, miles of trails and peaceful surroundings. Canoeing, fishing, hiking, exploring, antiquing, apple picking, leaf peeping - it's all close by and the choices are all yours. You can also just sit in the sun, admire the views, watch the hawks circle above and soak in the peace and quiet. Propane heater included to warm the tent on chilly nights.
