We stayed almost 2 months while moving and were very happy with the experience. The house was very clean and well stocked. Hector and his team communicated well. We feel like we got great value here compared to other similar homes in the NWA area. We'd be happy to stay again should the need ever arise.

Jennifer was an all-around amazing host and made our stay one of the most relaxing vacations for our group. Not only did she welcome us with cookies and cupcakes, but ensured we were safe and cared for us throughout our stay. Also, the massage chair was a highlight for everyone in the group! Pamela was so responsive and helpful with the rental during our stay! We loved the house and the private location, but we loved how close the nature trail was for walking too! Easy to get to town and enjoy the area as well. The home was super comfortable and had everything needed for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at Gwen and Larry’s place! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the perfect distance to walk to the football game at U of A. We’d definitely stay here again. ❤️

Great place to stay close to town. All the amenities you need plus the thoughtful extra soaps, towels and linens. I highly recommend this place, it’s clean, big tv and very clean. I will be back for sure.

This bnb was very close to Walton Arts Center. We had planned on walking since it was so close, but the weather wasn’t cooperating. I love that there was parking for 2 cars, with paid parking right across the street if needed. I have an suv, so we were able to make it up the hilly driveway, but there is also another way in, which is the way we used after that first time. Love the outdoor screened in porch. Although, it’s just off Dickson, it feels private. Had everything we needed for the stay. Comfortable (firm) mattresses. Love the swivel rocking chairs. Very nicely decorated. Lots of windows in the living room to let plenty of light in. Our host was super nice and personable! Loved my stay there and would love to stay again. PS Thanks for the pizza!

Cool Little spot, very clean and awesome art on the walls. There’s a desk so you can work absolutely cool little spot to get away from the hustle and bustle but be right there within a minute and a half of getting on a major highway of NWA.

Never judge a book by its cover! Not the best outside but inside is nice and clean with an amazing bathroom!

Our stay was great, as a matter of fact we are staying there next time in Fayetteville. Very clean, beds were comfortable, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the town

I had a very pleasant stay. This was not my first stay and it won't be my last! Easy check in, comfortable space, very convenient location to everything surrounding U of A, easy walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, and a very responsive host! Quite honestly, the price was very reasonable in comparison to other comparable properties. I will definitely stay again soon.

Very convenient location- close to every thing. Super cute decor! Friendly hosts :) A little loud at night- but that is to be expected on a busy street in a college town.

The location was PERFECT! Able to park the car and walk to our areas of interest! A quiet condo that was welcoming and friendly!

The balcony stole the show. The Airbnb matched the description perfectly, but the view was better than expected. Two glass sliding doors opened the living room to the balcony, making it easy to enjoy the fresh air and scenery. I loved watching the moon rise over the trees and Dickson St lights below. The condo was beautiful. It was tastefully decorated, with a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, and clean, spacious bathrooms. My favorite spot was the leather couch in the living room, perfect for relaxing. I felt very safe here. The building takes security seriously, requiring key fob access at multiple points to enter the building and use the elevators. The designated parking spot was convenient and secure. There was even a rolling basket by the elevator to help carry groceries and bags upstairs. The hosts were outstanding. They were quick to respond, flexible, and genuinely accommodating with our unpredictable schedule. They made the entire stay easy and welcoming.
