We had such an amazing time in this apartment, the communication of the host is great and the apartment is so clean and spacious with everything we need ! Highly recommended!

Great location with easy access to the city, comfortable beds and kitchen well equipped. The apartment was as absolutely as advertised and we have no complaints, but the overall feeling was a bit corporate compared to other air BnBs we’ve stayed at for the same cost, maybe this was just lack of personal touches and having to do an emergency trip first thing our first morning for toilet paper as there was less than a third of a roll when we arrived. There was a bit of guess work re getting the hot water working, as the boiler was turned off, might be nice to turn this on prior to arrival, or add in to the apartment notes. Communications felt a little copy and paste and instructional, rather than personal, but these are tiny points in an otherwise pleasant trip to Birmingham. Thank you for the use of the space

Lindsay's instructions to access the airbnb were very helpful. The Airbnb was exactly like the photos, and is conveniently located to the city centre. I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay in Sobia's apartment. We stayed in the deluxe 2 bed which had 2 bathrooms, one being ensuite. The apartment is extremely clean (which I loved!) and was also cleaned once during our 8 day stay. we travelled as a family of 4 with 2 young children and the apartment was great for this purpose. Sobia was a great host and responded very quickly to any queries. We also extended our stay and returned to the apartment for a second stay. I totally recommend Sobia's apartment.

Absolutely lovely. Full scores all round. We loved our stay here and will definitely return. The host went out of their way to accommodate our arrival and it is in the centre with lots of charm - felt like a genuine Shakespearian experience but with all the modern equipment :-)

The apartment is quiet; however a neighbour has a parking lot located just next to the master room window, so early every morning you’d hear him start the engine and be disturbed. Being on the ground floor too means you have to be vigilant if you open the windows for fresh air. Housekeeping before we checked in was minimal. The master room was clean but the sheets in the second room were dusty and had debris on them. The kitchen was terrible - the hob was oily with all sorts of smears, cups and spoons were unwashed, greasy and stained (they looked like somebody just gave them a quick wipe and dumped them back in the drawer). In the bathroom, the toilet had stains. Nick was responsive and requested essentials like a shower curtain and toilet rolls were quickly delivered. This made all the difference in alleviating the above minus points.

This is a gorgeous apartment with lots of space. I stayed for a week to see family in the area. The living area if huge but cosy with big windows. The beds are super comfy. Good parking and feels very safe and secure. Martin met me to welcome me and show me around. Jo rang me to check everything was ok. They responded immediately to requests for advice. Overall I got the feeling I was a valued guest. Will book this again.

This apartment was fantastic! Clean, comfortable and homely. Extremely spacious and at a price a hotel would charge you for a single room PER PERSON. All 3 bedrooms were fully furnished an equipped for a lengthy stay, even though we were only there for 2 nights. The bathroom was very spacious and spotless, the w.c. was just as clean and no worries about forgetting anything as all you would need is already there. Water was hot and pressure was good. The living area was cozy, comfortable, friendly and inviting. It was great for just sitting in front of the tv of an evening with a 55" smart tv, or congregating with fellow residents on the sofas or barstools at the kitchen island. The kitchen was extremely clean and well equipped, whether cooking, dining or just hanging out with a coffee. The outside area was great for all the above reasons too, with lighting and benched tables. As for Danny and Sarita? well, I now consider them friends as it felt that way when we chatted.

Clean and comfortable with Netflix a nice touch! Short walk to the city centre and coop across the road

Umer was amazing.He wwas waiting for us and personally took to check in.Instructions were clear and helpful. The place was well maintained and clean.We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

Mags apartment was great value for money. Although the lounge are is quite small it is very comfortable and more than adequate for our stay for work. With two great bedrooms and two bathrooms mag’s apartment is a great little stay.

Jodie's place is beautiful, confortable and he helped me with all the question I may had. Truly recommended!

David was very helpful he even changed our apartment so we all had a bed to sleep on, which was very thoughtful. Highly recommended 👏🏾
