Vacation rentals with a patio in Warton

Really beautiful place and so clean and peaceful. if you have health issues or struggle walking. The steep hill to the apartment can be tough. I would prefer smaller mugs as heavy to handle with very hot drink especially if you have arthritis. this is not a complaint just an observation. Thanks to Lorraine for the bottle of wine and all the essentials. would highly recommend it

Sian's place was a perfect place for us to stay. Great location, clean and nicely decorated. Sian is a great communicator and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend.

We’ve had a lovely few days at the apartment with our family. The location is great for visiting different beaches and the surroundings are just beautiful. Our kids especially loved the goats and chickens! The hot tub was very spacious, we loved sitting in at night and enjoying the view. Damien was a great host that always replied very promptly. Little heads up for families with young children, it might be worth bringing a black out blind for the skylight in the bedroom as our children woke up very early due to the daylight. Damien said it is something they would be looking at fitting soon. Overall We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back in the future!

We have been several times. That speaks for itself. Idyllic. Peaceful and beautiful setting. Place well equipped and very comfortable. We would like to return. Be warned, the wifi is excellent, but the phone signal is very poor. This is part of the charm unless, of course, you need to use a phone!!

Yvonne welcomed us to her lovely little annex. The parking was great and safe for our little car. The room was light and beautifully decorated. Yvonne responded very quickly to any queries. We enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient for meeting up with our friends.

Just stayed here for the one night and just what we needed. Great little place.

Jordan's place is the perfect place to stay at when in Liverpool. Everything that we needed during our trip was accessible within a short walking distance. The place is one block away from an active area, but felt so private and quiet once inside. I have been in a lot of Airbnbs and I am a fellow host in the US. This place is as good as it gets because it checks a lot of boxes. Jordan is very responsive and you can tell he cared about our stat. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to Liverpool!

6 of us stayed at Tracey's place and each and everyone was very impressed. Tracey kept us well informed and answered any questions we had straight away. Check in was easy and the house was spotless. there was also little extra touches (milk and butter in the fridge) little pots of jam etc. We would definitely recommend a stay a Tracey's.

It is a beautiful house tucked around the corner from the main street. clear instructions left in the lounge of the house and local places to eat, walk etc. facilities were great and clean. couple of minutes to walk to the local shops, pubs etc and parking off the main road was a great feature. would happily stay again and recommend - does have a few creaky floor boards but adds to the houses character.

we booked this place for the views - and were not disappointed. It is truly stunning and the perfect place to stay to explore Yorkshire and the Lakes. the well equipped kitchen made meals at home easy too.

Travelling from Australia, this was a great safe spot to keep our motorcycles out of eyes view on the way to the Isle Of Man TT. House was beautiful, spotlessly clean. Appreciated the fresh milk, and bread for a quick breakfast in the morning. Was surprised that we could get an Uber and had a great meal at the Fleece Inn and only cost £6 each way. Would be a great place to stay for more nights

The location was very good in that the centre was within walking distance with a choice of excellent restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic two nights stay at this place and the host Alison was easy to contact and happy to help with instructions for check in and even had the place ready a little earlier for us to check in as this was made possible on the day of arrival. Overall a fantastic stay and the location was perfect for all the local bars and restaurants in the area being only a short five minute walk from Bowness beach waterfront.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay here! It was a beautiful little summer house, lovely and clean. The hosts were extremely helpful, kind and gave us our space. Really recommend to anyone who’s staying in Manchester for a couple days.

The property was a home from home. It was absolutely beautiful with an amazing garden and view. The property had everything we needed. The hosts communication was clear and proactive leaving no uncertainty about what to expect. The surrounding area is beautiful and the property itself very peaceful. Would definately stay again.

This is a beautiful and perfectly laid out annexe apartment. Super clean and decorated/fitted to a high standard. Loved the extras such as the coffee machine and pods, and a very kind welcome treat! Paul and Rosie are quick to respond and both have a friendly manner. The annexe is attached to the family home, but I did not hear a thing from anyone else once inside. It was very helpful to have a car space provided on the driveway. Thank you for great hosting.

A wonderful stay in beautiful accommodation. The apartment is in a great central location to Lytham shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment is well equipped, modern and very clean. The host is very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying again.
