Amy is so sweet. I even invited her to come by her home for pancakes! The house is beautiful. The beds are nice and the basement is to die for. Two arcade games, a PS4, air hockey and serious workout equipment. The master bedroom with jets is grand. The pool was out of season so we didn't use it, but the back yard has a basketball court and massive outdoor fireplace. It is hard to find anything missing. One improvement could be a place to hang your wet towels in the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Perhaps laundry detergent...Amy's guide list what she has...but I wanted to wash my towels so I bought some tide pods and left them for Amy's next guest. I love Cincy and will try to stay at Amy's place when I return...perhaps in the summer to try the pool. Pancakes next time Amy!

Great host, another great property that he owns. Only downside is the time of year, wish it was summer and the pool was open. Otherwise, great place to stay.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 5 children and had a wonderful weekend. Will definitely recommend to friends and family! The house is beautiful and comfortable and a short walk to Main Street with restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to come back!

We used this house as a team house for WGI. It was everything we needed and more. I’m glad this is the route we went. It was worth every penny.

Definitely will be recommending One a very few locations where’s it private Calm and just astounding. They were generous to provide snacks 2 washers & dryers! Absolutely amazing. Pool was the cherry on top. Awesome stay. Definitely worth every dollar!!

Booked this place for my sweetheart's birthday weekend. It caught our interest because it had a hot tub, but when we arrived we both realized the place had a certain charm. It reminded both of us of the family homes we used to visit, like grandparents or relatives. It felt like a home away from home. I've had previous stays where nightfall would make a place feel unfamiliar and foreign, but I felt completely at peace here. We had a heavy storm hit us, so our enjoyment with the hot tub was brief, but Joshua was prompt in communicating with us any time we had questions. He also included a complementary gift for her birthday that we both appreciated. We both agree that we would love to come back here one day and maybe even bring the kids with us next time. Wonderful experience all around!

I’ve stayed in a couple of Airbnb‘s downtown. Paul’s place is by far, the best so far. Excellent location, very clean and full of any amenities you might need. Paul was very responsive and extremely helpful with local recommendations. I consider myself very familiar with the downtown area and he was right on with our recommendation request. Location is perfect for anything you want to do downtown. Whether it’s a sporting event, nightlife or great restaurants you won’t be disappointed. Definitely looking forward to my next downtown adventure at Paul’s place.

This location was peaceful, spacious & beautiful! It gave our large group plenty of space to spread out & spend time together. It was clean & cozy. The box of local chocolates were delicious & a lovely touch! We’re excited to come back at a future date to enjoy the yard, back deck & hot tub!

This was our second stay at Mulberry Manor as we had another soccer tournament in the area. Other options were closer in Middletown, but we chose to stay here for three reasons and then some. Ann, our host, there's not enough adjectives I could list to describe how wonderful of a host she is. Thoughtful (inclement weather was expected, so she had a duck hunt set up for us), kind, considerate, and the local knowledge is peerless. You're a gem and I thoroughly enjoy our conversations. Lebanon, it's literally in a Hallmark Movie. I love it and the locals at various shops and restaurants are so welcoming. Get out and explore it. You'll wish your town looked like this and maybe even dream of living there one day. The place, it's adorable, comfortable, and in the heart of downtown. Clean as can be and well provisioned with literally anything you can think of. Nothing but positives in my opinion! Thank you for having us. We hope to make it back some other time! - Your friends

This was the best place we could’ve asked for to come into town from Georgia with our family of 6 and 3 dogs! It had everything we needed and was super easy to check in and was comfy felt like home. ALSO the couches super comfortable and the queen size bed was the best I’ve slept in through Air bnb in 7 years! We had such a great Christmas here and was close to our families house and TONS of restaurants and grocery stores etc in a very short distance. Thanks so much Michael!

Absolutely beautiful interior. Love the industrial decor. So many unique, antique furnishings that made our stay next level. Lots of amenities provided that made us feel at home. Loved the high-end bedding and decor and kitchen necessities. Simply wish we could pick it up and move it off the street, into the country. lol. But when the tornado sirens went off we felt safe in the sturdy building. We stay in Airbnb’s 4 to 5 times a year and this is in my top two.

Tim’s house is in a great location. Loveland, Ohio is charming with a lot going on, and great places to dine. House was tidy, and very roomy. Comfy living room and the beds are very comfortable…slept so well!! Very quiet!! A great value!! Was so happy to find this spot and I would stay again.

Olivia was a wonderful host and her home was absolutely adorable! The neighborhood was super nice and quiet, too. My bf and I would absolutely stay here again!

The space was perfect for what we needed. It is as described. We stayed with three adults and two young children and the house was the right size. We stayed to go to King's Island winterfest and the home was about a 5 minute drive away, which was awesome. We plan to come back down next year for the regular season and would stay here again! The place was very clean, there were plenty of linens and pillows, and the living room had plenty of seating. All in all, a great stay.

Had a wonderful time staying here while visiting Loveland for the first time! The weather was mostly bad the entire time we were there, but the town was still very lively. Plenty of restaurants and shops within a few hundred yards from house, easily walkable. Would definitely stay here again!

This cute farmhouse is tucked away on a quiet, secluded street surrounded by beautiful forest. There is a walking path literally steps from the front door. We had most everything needed to cook our meals for the week! A HUGE yard in back, but must keep your pups on a leash. The sweet neighbor on 1 side has a little dog, and the kind neighbors on the other side has 2 cats that roam. The orange kitty is SO VERY SWEET! The home was clean & comfy. Benjamin is a phenomenal host! Always very kind, quick to respond and even quicker to help us when needed. Would stay there again!

Great little spot in Mason. Was walkable to a great pizza spot and local ice cream shops. Stores were within a 10 minute drive if you needed something. The home was exactly as described. Remodeled farmhouse that fit our needs. Was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend stay. Check in and check out were easy. I would recommend this place for sure.
