Felt like home. i travel a lot for business and this was a wonderful and relaxing change of pace from the routine hotel stays. It was a pleasure meeting Dorothy. She was very responsive and kept positive communications to ensure that I had a nice stay. The cottage is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, easy to get to, and had all of the amenities of home. The cottage was clean and nicely decorated. I travel to this area often and will certainly skip the hotels on future stays so that I can enjoy the relaxing, at home feel of this wonderful cottage. Dorothy is a great host and I enjoyed meeting Tucker as well! Ben A.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend! Entire house was clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. It has an amazing privacy fenced backyard with plenty of room for my dog to run and play. Will be in and out of Waycross for a while, and will be staying again!

When you enter the house, you knew you had chosen the right AirBnB. As a result, a group of us, as leaders, returned for a second stay and is planning to book for October 2025. Bottom line, John offers the best stay, gives the best communication, provides the best service to his guests, and is the BEST to work with, PERIOD!

This home was immaculate and located in a very quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated. Jill was our contact person, and she was very responsive to any questions we had. She was so nice and easy to talk to. One suggestion we have is supplying additional pots, pans, and baking utensils for the renters who are staying for a longer period of time. Typically, I know this probably is not an issue for people staying for a weekend or even a little longer. We just happen to be there for four weeks and cooked a lot of our meals at the house. If we are ever in the area again, we definitely would stay here. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the location—it was just perfect for us, and the price was fantastic too! We arrived a bit earlier than we thought, and I reached out to Ximena. The guys had a great experience there. had no trouble getting in or finding anything. everything worked properly and was listed correctly. The host was very responsive for any messages. they were also on top of reminding about trash and every thing else that needed to be done.

I usually stay in shared spaces, but Shelby's place was a pleasant surprise. Not too big but plenty of space well appointed. Very clean and comfy. 5 adults would be tight but perfect for 3 or 4. I would certainly come back by myself or with others.

Second year to stay here while in Georgia riding at dirt bikes and quads at local tracks. Always perfect here we love the place we had cookouts and sat on the porch after long days of riding then we gathered for some Tv before turning in for the night! Thank you again!!!

Tabitha was great with communication especially after i failed to completely read the check in instructions (it was a 2 unit home) and the code for door didnt work(i was trying to get into the wrong unit, my own fault)but she got out of bed and drove over to make sure we went to the correct one and was able to get in without issue. We had a great conversation and i super appreciate her willingness to basically walk me through the check in, although it was more than clearly written in the instructions, i just completely failed to read it correctly lol, highly recommend!!!

Katrina's home was lovely and furnished very tastefully! It was obvious that she wanted her guests to be comfortable. There were many extra touches, such as coffee, tea, bottled water, and a cabinet filled with spices and condiments! I appreciate how quickly she responded to a question I had and my last minute request for my stay.

Both hosts were very friendly and helpful. Their 1920’s home was delightful. I loved the very tall southern ceilings and all of the flowering shrubs in the yard. It was surely a nice change from MN. If I’m in the area, I’ll stay again.
