Dear Nicole, First of all, thank you for the great time in your wonderful place!! We enjoyed every second. The space is even more impressive live than in the photos. It is a very magical place where you can really unwind. The furnishings are very stylish and everything is really super well maintained. The large loft with the open kitchen and the huge window front is truly an experience. The house is in an absolutely quiet location in the middle of nature and offers really everything you could want to relax due to the associated sauna and hot tub. So there is an absolute recommendation from us, the host is super friendly and takes very good care of her guests and always responds quickly to questions. The house of Barbora is located in a pastoral village of Walenstadt on the hill with a magnificent view of the valley and the lake. It is huge, comprises of three floors with a fully equipped kitchen, multiple bedrooms, two bathrooms and the cherry on the cream -- the gym and the sauna, both of them we enjoyed each day of our stay after the tracks near the lake, skiing and sledging. You have all that you need including a variety of products, games for children, dishes, and even snow equipment in the backyard. Barbora is super nice and attentive, always available for all your needs and questions, she helped us with how to get instructions after the late flight and met us with welcome gifts and food for dinner and even breakfast. The bus stop is next to the house gate and it takes 17 minutes to get to the city. The region is full of ski lifts, trails and attractions. Our stay started with a small technical issue but Thomas was always responsive, present and available until it was resolved. The house is WONDERFUL, incredibly large and spacious with enough space so that each guest has their own privacy. The photographs don't make the house spacious and beautiful. The bathrooms are super clean, spacious, and functional. Huge showers. The kitchen and house are equipped with anything you may need even for a long stay. Quiet surroundings, great bakery near the house. We highly recommend staying with this host.

This place exceeded all our expectations! As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt at home. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, perfectly equipped and in a wonderfully quiet location in the Swiss Alps. We were particularly impressed by the cozy fireplace with plenty of wood as well as the excellently working sauna – just perfect for relaxing! The decor is stylish and thoughtful, there was really nothing missing. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend this place. Thank you for the great time! 😊

Cosy place for family of 5 for a short summer break. Close to SPAR for food shop, good eateries and central for lots of activities. Host was very welcoming and neighbours very friendly too. Would highly recommend.

Great Airbnb for family. The location is perfect, close to the train station and the main street - Ludwig street. We were being warmly welcomed by Marina and Konstantin. Moreover, Marina provided us several local recommendations. We enjoyed staying here. This ended up the most favourite Airbnb of my family among their stays in Europe. I was in the apartment in March 2025. The apartment is beautiful, modern and you feel right at home. The images match 1:1. In the apartment was everything you need. Highlighted - there is a cafe fully automatic. Maik and Penelope are really nice hosts and responded very quickly. Lake Constance is just a few minutes walk away. There were always fresh rolls at the bakery next door (also on Sundays). I would definitely book the apartment again. Thank you dear Penelope for the lovely stay.

Important practical information not listed in the listing: Bus 8 from the main road leaves every 15 minutes to Sankt Anton. The free ski bus stops 100 meters from the Nasserein lift. It is just over 1 kilometer from the home and down to the bus stop, but you can park your car at the opposite stop where the bus stops when you drive home from Sankt Anton. It's about 200 meters between the two stops. The free ski depot that comes with the apartment is staffed, where staff are standing every day for skis, boots and ski poles and hand it out again. The ski spot is located 100 meters from bus stops and there is direct access from the shop up to the Nasserein lift.

Great location for excursions in Reutte and its surroundings. Apartment had everything you could ever need, even toys for the little ones. However, the children's room is a walk-through room, which should be noted. Otherwise everything is fine. Thank you!

Wasserburg is small, quaint and everything is wonderful within walking distance. Bakeries, butcher, farm produce shops, bio shops, restaurants, fish shops, pharmacy, banks and the train station all within a very short walking distance. easy access to the 2 bigger cities Friedrichshafen and Lindau/insel. lovely to just walk through to the surrounding villages too. excellent base camp

We find the resort Walensee, where the apartment is located totally beautiful. It is a good starting point for nice excursions. The apartment is lovingly furnished and makes every child's heart beat faster. There is nothing missing, everything is available from the birthday candles, over hair gums and a mega large games cabinet. We enjoyed the days in the apartment. Thank you

Breathtaking! It’s a beautiful apartment in a beautiful resort. Secure. The train station is a 2 min walk. We took the train into Zürich very easily. There is also a ski resort 4 mins walk that has a public ski lift for phenomenal views of Unterterzen.

Super accommodation and clean, even shampoo in the shower if you forgot his, we felt very comfortable.😊

Christian's place was very nice, I booked it for my boyfriend and me for 10 days. We really enjoyed it. The area is very quiet and above all private. Very easy to reach on foot, the nearest train station not far away. You can get everywhere and explore other cities. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. We were warmly and personally received, the instructions were clear. There was fresh fruit to welcome you and chocolate on departure. This apartment is really only recommended, we will definitely be happy to come back on occasion!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation from the beginning. We lacked nothing, it was clean, very well equipped and a meeting with Thomas and family was always friendly. We would recommend the apartment at any time and also book it again! Best regards from Leipzig.
