The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) Whether it’s a family vacation or a few relaxing days with friends, this modern and luxurious vacation home offers the perfect setting. Hot tub, sauna, large garden with barbecue area, a beautiful location right by the swimming lake, and much more – this place leaves nothing to be desired! The Airbnb is located in an upscale vacation home complex. We would like to point out that quiet hours must be observed at night. Loud parties are not allowed.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, as well as a double bed. There is plenty of room for an extra bed for a child. Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!
