Erika's place was exactly what we were looking for. Our extended family and pets had a wonderful time celebrating our Thanksgiving holiday here. The back porch view is amazing and all of our sight-seeing to do list was within 20 minutes. We would definitely stay at Erika's place again.

Location! location! Jeff’s place felt just like our cottage on the lake in Ontario. Quaint, clean, fully stocked and came with sweet extras like a bottle of wine for us and a dog bone for our fur baby. You cannot beat the location ! We wish we had more time to spend in the area! A great bonus is the yard space for our dog and we sat like a couple of old fogies and had our wine on the front porch during a thunderstorm. Jeff was extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

A beautiful home nestled into the country was the perfect spot for our Team! We were in town on business and this location provided the rest and peace we needed after a long day. The hone had all the comforts of home, which allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals. The commute into Chattanooga was easy. We enjoyed the scenery.

Standouts - included kitchen appliances, dishes and flatware were over the top - we needed nothing to prepare dinner for 7! Separate bedrooms with comfy beds and a sleeper couch for our grandson. Recreational add-ons of pool table & dartboard in the game room with the projector wall screen tv with surround sound was a big hit. The backyard had a HUGE deck with a patio covered shelter area with room for 8 people to sit around a table and talk. I had morning coffee out there every morning by myself and listened to the birds. I used my Merlin ID app that listens and identified birds. It listed 15 different birds inside of 4-minutes. EVERYTHING is close - Rock City, Lookout Mountain are literally viewable from the nearby thoroughfare. The aquarium took us about 15-minutes to reach. Food stores very close - coffee shops etc. The hosts had everything covered - including coffee pods, ground coffee, extra paper towels, a blender, toaster, etc etc etc. We wanted for NOTHING. The stay was good. A work associate and I had 2 days of work about 7 miles away. It was easy to find, and very quiet. Honestly, we only used it for a place to clean up and to rest. The space was very nice and matched the descriptions and photos. Bruce and Debbie were responsive. The “House Rules” were very reasonable and easy to follow. Since I do have more work in the area, I know I have a place to stay if I need to stay overnight.

Our stay at the wellness bnb was nothing but perfect! It’s in a perfect location, quiet, peaceful and serene. If you are looking for a calm getaway this is it. The jacuzzi, pool, and sauna are a great addition. James was such a great host, we asked to tour his farm and he took the time out to walk through and explain all his plants fruits and vegetables. James went out of his way to help us find a local farm that sells real cow milk.James is family is wonderful and pleasant along with the dogs! This was the perfect getaway for my husband myself and our two dogs. We will definitely recommend the wellness bnb to family and friends. We will be making a second trip back soon!

It is always so nice to stay here. It is my family's favorite place to stay in Chattanooga. We always have a relaxing stay, easy to enter, easy to lock when we go out. And love the decor, inside and out, especially the updated bathroom, although no complaints on the old one!

It was a beautiful little condo, super cute and chill! The pool was so pretty and nice, too bad it was raining or I would’ve been swimming everyday! The communication was perfect, i would text and get a reply right away!!

The host were extremely helpful and responsive! The neighborhood, although it was industrial, felt safe and the home was a perfect space for hosting my small wedding and it is convenient to downtown. The porch is huge and allowed for ample space. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

The home exceeded our expectations. There is more than enough space in the home. We loved using the fire pit and the grill. And the table tennis in the basement. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to come back to this very cozy comfortable home in the future.

We had a great weekend stay. The condo was clean and felt like it had enough space for the two of us. The host is really responsive and will definitely do their best to accommodate you. The location of the condo is what we really loved. We did bring a car, so if you are ubering everywhere then you may not feel the same way, but it felt like everything was 5-10 minutes away tops. We were able to check out Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountain and those were probably the furthest things we did at around a 20 minutes away tops drive, but a lot of the time driving is actually driving to the top of the mountains. Plenty of bars, breweries, restaurants, shopping, and beautiful scenery all throughout the city. We would definitely recommend making this your home base if you are wanting to go out and explore around the city like we did.

went for a birthday getaway, we were blown away! she surprised us with different kinds of Birthday goodies. the attention to small details and things to make our stay more convenient was exceptional! we felt safe and was able to really relax, unwind and rejuvenate! will definitely be going back. Great place. Loved the window by the bed. Nice and secluded area that's quiet with a cute and usable outdoor space. Only issue we had was the indoor stove, it has settings that prevent you from cooking if the pan is lifted off the stovetop. Probably for safety reasons but good to know if you're making something like pancakes. Overall a great stay close to Cloudland canyon park.

AMAZING HOSPITALITY AND SETTING!!! Scenic City Homestead was an INCREDIBLE experience! We just took a trip there for our daughter’s senior prom this year and honestly left with the most amazing memories...an unforgettable place, beautiful setting, surroundings, horses, chickens and other farm animals. Beautiful accommodations...and made even better by the superb hosts! Thank you SO MUCH Brittany - it’s a stunning place you have, you’re such a star - and the fresh eggs were amazing! We’ll always be grateful! Such fun! We planned a trip at the Chattanooga Aquarium while visiting, also had a nice evening out at the Comedy Catch. Our memories at the Scenic City Homestead will last a lifetime, and we hope to return one day in the not so distant future! 5***** + !!!

If you enjoy unique stays, need to get away, or are just traveling through town... Jennifers place is perfect. The A-frame is brand new, incredibly clean, extremely functional space, great to just relax and spend time in. It was one of the coziest and most comfortable space we have stayed in. Jennifer is a great host, she even left us homemade sourdough scones! Jenner went above and beyond in every way, communication was amazing, always responded to us right away, and set great expectations and instructions for how to get in and prepare to leave. Big thanks for Jennifer and their team! - Please do yourself a favor and stay here.

Lori’s place was so cozy, immediately upon curling up on the couch it was like I was at home, minus the hustle and bustle of people coming and going. I was at peace, comfortable, cozy and relaxed. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully when we have more time to stay. I highly recommend this cottage, it’s magical.

We had a great stay! It was a nice space for two people and we were also happy to find bathroom essentials (shampoo/conditioner, body wash, lotion) stocked as we left our behind! Dollar General was a quick drive in case we needed any items and the best part was that we could be at Cloudland in 5 minutes!

Lots of extras in the home. Clean and beautiful my family truly enjoyed our short stay.

We had one small issue. He took care of it and I also think he’s gonna fix it for the future so he doesn’t have to worry about it.
