Excellent place right in the heart of Georgetown. It was the perfect place for our trip to Georgetown University. Marsh was responsive and accommodating to our requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Ira hosts a beautiful apartment that's centrally-located and perfect for a extended stay. My wife and I worked remotely from here and had a wonderful time. Ira lives right above, though we wouldn't have known it if we hadn't reached out with a couple questions--Ira was immediately responsive and proactive in helping us out and ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. I couldn't recommend this apartment, or Ira as a host, more highly

Great city vibe. Lot’s of fun traffic on the street scene and we slept soundly all night. Bathroom is new and clean. Bedroom is welcoming and overlooks the vibrant city street. We will definitely be back!

My partner and I stayed here for 6 days with our pups and we absolutely fell in love with the space and the area! If you are looking to stay in DC this is THE place! The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions we had. The backyard was the perfect spot for our dogs and us to spend time in. Very walkable location with endless options for food. Highly recommended choosing this air bnb!

Great location and hosts. Near a gorgeous park. Apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, the only thing is that it’s below ground level so you don’t get much air circulation but other than that, the controllable factors are great.

Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby as well as close to the train but still in a quiet nook with lots of privacy! It was a very nice stay for my short trip to DC!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to multiple Capital Bike Share stations, the metro, and within easy reach of all the major museums and attractions. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and filled with charming historic architecture and friendly neighbors, which made for a truly pleasant experience. The price was extremely affordable, especially considering how convenient and well-situated the place was. The cleanliness of the space was exceptional—so spotless that we felt compelled to vacuum and Swiffer ourselves just to keep it that way! The home was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed, making it comfortable and hassle-free. It was also a wonderfully quiet space, perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring the city. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Tom was great. Quick replier, very proactive. The place was so tidy, spacious and perfect for us. Only 30 minute walk to Washington Attractions (White House etc). Great local food places around and the neighbour hood is so pretty! We loved our stay here!

If you are looking for a base to explore DC - look no further. The house was perfect for our family of four - well equipped, plenty of space, clean and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better - close to all main attractions while still quiet and serene. Overall A+ stay with an A+ host - we will be back

A great stay on the river. The kitchen was well equipped and the rest of the house was comfortable. The screened in porch and access to the dock/beach/river was our favorite part. Our dogs were in HEAVEN. The location is rather remote, so recommend bringing any food you'll want as there are no close stores or restaurants.

Great host — very communicative and flexible. Good location and quiet neighborhood. The house is welcoming and spacious. There are a few areas with some noticeable clutter, but it's not a big issue if that doesn’t bother you. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

This is my second time staying at Margaret's residence. It's definitely the best place for anyone who wants to take a break and recharge. As always, the residence was clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking. The bedrooms are well-appointed. Most importantly to me, the proximity to the national parks and the downtown area makes this residence an ideal place to escape for a short break. I look forward to returning.

I always enjoy being at Patrick's place. This visit was almost one month. The house and kitchen were appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I walked to most things in the area - yoga studio, grocery store, JHU campus, shopping in Hampden, wine store on Elm and more. Off street parking is very helpful in this area. Patrick is an exceptional host - always responsive and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay!

Celia's rental went beyond our expectations. The host was extremely accommodating regarding everything from the check-in process, snacks, visitor/tourist information to the simple check-out. The location could not have been better, which is one block from the Metro station and an easy walk to Capitol Hill. A beautiful neighborhood with a wide range of restaurants is within walking distance as well. Thanks again Celia!

I have stayed in this same building a few times, but this was my first time at Mark's as I needed a 2nd bedroom. It is a great location with very easy access to the metro (only about 15-20 minutes to DC) and great restaurants & grocery options. Mark's apartment is just as described. Very comfortable bed and great decor throughout. He was incredibly responsive and gave detailed instructions to get in the apartment and about how things work. I highly recommend his place!!

This was the perfect Airbnb for our long weekend in historic Leesburg! The space is clean and well decorated. The location is in close walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, trails, and cute shops. We enjoyed our stay.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Scott and Carrie's. The location was GREAT as the walk to downtown Fredericksburg was so close! It was clean and cozy. We would stay here again and would recommend to others!
