We had a very nice extended weekend in the forest cottage. Communication with Lena in advance and also during our stay was super uncomplicated and friendly. The house is very cozily furnished, we felt completely comfortable!

Everything great, very nice environment and quiet, wonderful frog concert in the evening hours.

We've been to the property before, a year ago. Nothing has changed our impression: Great apartment with plenty of comfort, the surroundings are fantastic. Ilona was again a very good and pleasant host. Furthermore, an absolute recommendation!

A really idyllic spot in a far too little known region, where you can hike wonderfully. The vacation home is a typical "dacha" or garden house, surrounded by nature, absolutely quiet, with a porch for sitting outside, a barbecue and extensive amenities. Inside lovingly furnished with everything you need (and fast Internet!) Four-legged travel companions were also thought of and can feel comfortable (completely fenced property). Denise was always available via chat, everything on site worked like clockwork. We will be happy to come back.

We spent an extended weekend with 13 people in this beautiful cottage. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and above all the children were super satisfied and could play in the beautiful garden with the toys. The creek in particular was a highlight. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful location, surrounded by nature, lots of sunlight. House is cozily decorated, you feel right at home. Anything you need is available. Extra effort was made for our small children (baby cot, high chair, stair gate). Close to beautiful hiking trails and only 5 to 10 min drive to other places in Winterberg for skiing/sledding. In the evening enjoyed a campfire and the sauna. Communication with the owners prior to our stay went very smoothly!

We were 7 people staying at Irina's. The house was clean, has a great view and offers plenty of space. The house was well equipped with an eye for detail - we didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back!

We were a small family for four nights with Irina and Jonathan. We immediately felt very comfortable in the apartment. The large bed was comfortable and gave the three of us enough space with our son. The bedroom closet is spacious. The kitchen was really well equipped and even with a missing toothbrush, we could be helped right away. since we were traveling during the day and it is still a bit chilly in the morning and evening at the moment, unfortunately we could not enjoy the terrace so much, but soon you can certainly have breakfast here in the sunshine. The apartment is very bright due to the large windows despite the basement and can still be made private by the darkening option. Thank you for the wonderful time!

we felt very welcome and immediately at home. Sylvie and Michael were very friendly and nice hosts and were always available for our questions. everything important was available, there was nothing missing. the apartment is comfortably furnished and offers plenty of space. we would have liked to have stayed longer, but unfortunately we had to travel further. We would book this apartment and its hosts again immediately.

Very nice, absolutely child-friendly house with great opportunities for activities - indoor and outdoor. My daughter, 2 years old, had a great time. The apartment was nice and large, top equipped kitchen, new, clean bathroom. And here, too, every wish regarding children's equipment was implemented. Thank you! The communication with the host went smoothly, in advance there was some nice and helpful information that contributed to the anticipation of the stay. There is not much in the village itself, the accommodation is quiet, idyllically located. You definitely need a car if you want to look at something or would like fresh rolls in the morning (9 minutes by car). For example, we loved the wildlife park (4 minutes by car). A trip to Homberg is also very nice (13 minutes by car). All in all: if you are looking for peace and at the same time want to offer the children a great place to stay with many play opportunities, this is the place to be! Thank you!

Thank you for the hospitality and the quick response in communication. We used the stay for mountain biking and all destinations were quick to reach. The apartment was very clean and everything you need was available. The hosts were very nice and helpful. It may well be that we will come back again!

We had a very nice few days in the quiet area at Claudia's. The apartment is beautiful and we were even greeted with a homemade cake! We were very pleased with the stay and can only recommend it.

We spent a very nice extended weekend in the old forest house and were very enthusiastic about the apartment, where nothing was missing (especially in the kitchen) and everything is visually so beautifully coordinated that you could only feel comfortable. We also particularly liked the garden and the location on the edge of the forest. You can start a hike directly, e.g. to the Dalheim Monastery or on the forest adventure trail. Helen's mother welcomed us very warmly and quickly answered and supported us with small questions. We will definitely come back when we are back in the area, it is a very relaxing place. We felt very comfortable in Irina and Uwe's apartment! It is cozy and equipped with everything you need. And if something is missing, the hosts are happy to help. The apartment is located on the edge of Kleinalmerode, it is wonderfully quiet, you can hear especially birdsong and rustling from the trees. The area is very idyllic, there are great premium hiking trails in the "Frau-Holle-Land": definitely recommended! Thank you, Irina and Uwe, we will be happy to come back!

We were excited about the beautiful accommodation, the quiet environment and the wonderful view.

The stay at Bibi's and Malte's cottage was great! Check-in was super nice and everything worked smoothly. From the cottage, you can look out into the countryside and have a lot of sun from early afternoon until sunset. The sauna is really a highlight and warms you up well when it gets colder in the evening or after a cold shower outside ;) Also the bed was very comfortable. If you are looking for a break in the countryside, this is the place to be.

As a family of four, we enjoyed our stay (four nights) in this cozy vacation home very much and had a wonderful break there. We found the house in a very clean condition. Everything we needed was there. Also toys for the kids, who were also able to romp around in the garden. The location at Niedersfeld was a very good starting point for us for various excursions (Hillebachsee, Golden Path, Gorge and Bridge Path, Sauerland Visitor Mine). If we spend another short vacation in the area, then we would be very happy to return to this house.

We stayed at Astrid's for a week. Check-in was easy, good directions with key box. The location of the cottage is fantastic, located directly on the slope, on the edge of the settlement with direct views of nature. Hiking trails are right by the house, for example, you can get to the Stollberghütte very easily. The furnishings of the cottage leave nothing to be desired, kitchen, seating, very comfortable bed (is always important to us) - everything really very good. The sauna was also great and is more than large enough for two people. The highlight was the small balcony on the slope, which you have in addition to the terrace and the garden. We'd love to come back anytime, we are very satisfied!

I went to this lovely cottage for a long weekend with my two brothers, parents and our dog. The cottage is small, but is super homely and gives a warm feeling and has everything you need; so you don't need bigger either. The surroundings are fantastic and the view is beautiful, especially when the sun is out the garden and the outdoor terrace are really great. Communication was also super nice and fast. My family and I will definitely come back here!

Anyone expecting luxury here is in the wrong place. If you want to escape everything, this is the place to be. All necessary things like TV and coffee maker are included. Super beautiful log cabin rented by a super family.

It was the 2nd time this year and the third time in total. The fact that we come back is a fact, ideal quiet breakout location for mountain biking in the many bike parks in the wider area. The cabin was super clean as all previous times and the beds sleep great. Even the weather was good this weekend, with quite a few hours of sunshine. The contact with Christian went great as always, in short it was another fantastic weekend! Until the next time.

We had a wonderful time out, the place was super nice and very quiet. Perfect to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Perfect place to start walking in the woods with our dog. The house get warm very quickly with the fire and we didn't missed anything... we would come back for sure ;)
