Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Waldeck

We had a very nice one in Daniela's charming cottage. We did not lack anything on site and Daniela was always available for questions. We particularly liked the private location of the cottage and the beautiful garden in which we could make ourselves comfortable in nice weather. However, it should be noted that the noise, the nearby highway, which caused a subtle background noise at least during the day. Due to the good connection, however, we were able to reach beautiful routes to explore and hike in a few minutes' drive. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend a stay.

This is a great place in a stunning location. Katrina is a perfect host. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was sparkling clean. Everything was available or even more. Very good amenities. The mattress on the large bed was super soft, I preferred the other smaller bed because the mattress was very hard. The description for TV and Wi-Fi were easy to understand. It creaked a little at the beginning, but the host was immediately reachable by phone and we were able to resolve it very quickly. Very good information was also available for excursions in the area. Very quiet environment ideal for "coming down." Also very well taken care of for the four-legged friends. This place is highly recommended. Grade 1+

We spent a weekend with friends at Olga's place. The house corresponds to the photos and is both beautiful and practical. We didn't miss anything and we felt completely comfortable. Olga responds super quickly to all inquiries!

We more than enjoyed the time in the beautiful big house and especially in the beautiful garden. Beautiful memories remain in the circle of loved ones...

The house is very nice and spacious, perfect for larger groups. We were there with 5 adults and 4 children. It is all beautifully distributed in huge living rooms, which offers a wonderful view of the (snow)landscape with the glass bay window. On the lower floor, everything is super modern. In the kitchen is really everything you need from raclette to fondue to different pans and pots. A base of spices... Really everything there. In the upper bag are the bedrooms and two bathrooms. About half of the bedrooms have super comfortable box spring beds. The other bedrooms have simple wooden beds. Of course, Sauna is great. The landlady Ms. Vogelbacher is really exceptionally friendly and easily accessible. Both before and after the stay it was always possible to talk to her on short notice and she always answered all questions. Thank you! We will be happy to come back :-)

We were with a large group including baby with Heleen and her husband and we loved the accommodation: spacious, sufficient toilets and bathrooms for the group size, lots of parking, opportunities to stay indoors and outdoors - we liked it very much!

Beautiful location, surrounded by nature, lots of sunlight. House is cozily decorated, you feel right at home. Anything you need is available. Extra effort was made for our small children (baby cot, high chair, stair gate). Close to beautiful hiking trails and only 5 to 10 min drive to other places in Winterberg for skiing/sledding. In the evening enjoyed a campfire and the sauna. Communication with the owners prior to our stay went very smoothly!

Beautiful apartment, great historic building in a scenic location. Wladi was cool, very nice and totally relaxed, even when our children got a little louder. Unfortunately, we were a little sick and could not explore the area as well on foot as planned, but the mill is also a good starting point for excursions. The apartment is chicly renovated, the bathroom really well done and everything you need is available. We felt really comfortable, were very happy to be there and would be happy to come back. The location of the place was very good. The city center was within walking distance. Close to shops. The play area for the little guests was very good. Great play options

We had a very nice weekend in Jenny's small and fine apartment. It was very clean and all the furniture was spotless and the bed for two very comfortable. Jenny was extremely friendly and she pays a lot of attention to details and surprised us at the apartment with warm little things. We would definitely come :)

A big compliment and only the best rating for this great place and the uncomplicated, friendly and generous landlords. We immediately felt at home because everything you need was there, such as treats for people and animals and cold drinks in the fridge. We are always very happy when our two big dogs are welcome - and they were! We were allowed to run freely in a part of the garden and park, so unloading was easy. Wonderful area and lots of opportunities for going for walks. We will be happy to come back😊.

Irena and Uwe were very interested in my well-being. Very positive people who allow privacy but would always have been approachable for me. I didn't miss anything Highly recommended for those who want to leave the stress and hustle and bustle behind.

6* for the location, especially for us paddlers. The place on the jetty to the water is simply awesome. We also lacked nothing else. The location of the rooms is a combined kitchen/living room with couch - double room - single room - bathroom/toilet, so with several people, it is a connecting room.

I spent a night in the apartment on my way through and would have liked to have stayed longer. A very nice, sweet apartment! Very clean, nicely decorated. Modern. The house itself was also very cute and in a beautiful environment. Check-in was easy and Juliane was very nice and always available. Highly recommended.

The stay at Bibi's and Malte's cottage was great! Check-in was super nice and everything worked smoothly. From the cottage, you can look out into the countryside and have a lot of sun from early afternoon until sunset. The sauna is really a highlight and warms you up well when it gets colder in the evening or after a cold shower outside ;) Also the bed was very comfortable. If you are looking for a break in the countryside, this is the place to be.

Astrid is a very attentive and proactive host who has furnished her accommodation with a lot of love for detail, so we didn't miss anything. We were particularly impressed by the amenities of the accommodation, which are not self-evident and additionally ensure that you feel right at home. Here is a small selection of the things we found particularly beautiful: Cuddly blankets Candles Welcome sparkling wine <3 Fresh Flowers Picnic backpack Birdhouse with food Record players Cookbooks Fully furnished kitchen Lint reel Tray for breakfast in bed Headache pills Hot water bottle… and much more. We can highly recommend Astrid as a host and the very stylish accommodation.

As a family of four, we enjoyed our stay (four nights) in this cozy vacation home very much and had a wonderful break there. We found the house in a very clean condition. Everything we needed was there. Also toys for the kids, who were also able to romp around in the garden. The location at Niedersfeld was a very good starting point for us for various excursions (Hillebachsee, Golden Path, Gorge and Bridge Path, Sauerland Visitor Mine). If we spend another short vacation in the area, then we would be very happy to return to this house.

Super friendly hostess! The cabin was just great! The amenities are great. The grill and fireplace complete this accommodation perfectly.

I went to this lovely cottage for a long weekend with my two brothers, parents and our dog. The cottage is small, but is super homely and gives a warm feeling and has everything you need; so you don't need bigger either. The surroundings are fantastic and the view is beautiful, especially when the sun is out the garden and the outdoor terrace are really great. Communication was also super nice and fast. My family and I will definitely come back here!

The cabin is a beautiful gem on a great location. If you want a hotel room, you will be disappointed. But if you are looking for the rustic charm of a cabin, with peace and an oven, you can hardly book anything better. The reality is even more cozy than the impression the pictures give. The hosting family (not only Martin) is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended both for a quiet time for two, for excursions to the great area or an evening by the campfire.

It was the 2nd time this year and the third time in total. The fact that we come back is a fact, ideal quiet breakout location for mountain biking in the many bike parks in the wider area. The cabin was super clean as all previous times and the beds sleep great. Even the weather was good this weekend, with quite a few hours of sunshine. The contact with Christian went great as always, in short it was another fantastic weekend! Until the next time.

We had a wonderful time out, the place was super nice and very quiet. Perfect to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
