Jaap's place is beautiful, with all the amenities offered in the listing. It is very cozy and well located, with supermarket nearby, gas station, etc. You can enjoy the tulip fields that are around, it is a wonder 😻 Jaap has been very kind and has been attentive in case we needed anything!! In addition, it has an adorable dog 🥰 A very good experience that I hope to repeat again!! 🌷☺️

Mischa welcomed us to her charming Scandinavian-inspired cottage, the place was perfectly located and very warm, We were impressed by the interior which was extremely well done, Mischa was great, he welcomed us despite the traffic delay. We had to leave early for family concerns but we will come back when the spa is undoubtedly built.

The host and everyone else there were very helpful and kind. It’s a great place to recharge and get some rest from the noisy big city life. I would recommend it and come back too.

We greatly enjoyed this place. Completely unwind in a green environment with lots of privacy. Ideal destination to spend a sunny winter weekend, but also the sound of the rain on the roof and the crackling of the fireplace make you forget the outside world. Everything was neat and tidy. The cottage is nicely decorated and really everything you could need is there. The ideal way to completely relax and enjoy the tranquility (but also the birds, bunnies and the heron that lands just in front of you). Of course, the jacuzzi and hot tub complete the whole thing, but even the outdoor toilet really belongs to the off grid project! Great! We'd love to come back!

What a lovely place for a weekend getaway with friends. Communication with Evelien was quick and smooth. The cottage was clean, spacious, quiet and had nice facilities. Recommended!

My little dog and I felt very comfortable in the garden house. Ultimately, I was even less on the road because I found it so nice to just relax in the garden or in the conservatory. I personally don't understand the negative reviews. For a private home, I don't think everything has to be spotless. The personal touch, cleanliness and the loving design is more important to me personally than a perfectly renovated accommodation. The only downside for me is the greater distance to the sea. Of course, this is no secret when you book here. You can't get to the dog beach in less than 20 minutes. But then again, I always went somewhere else and stayed flexible. So it also has perks. The beach of Veerse Meer is about 4 km away. I'd love to come back.

Cute little place. We were there in winter. With the help of several heaters in the house it was nice and warm and very comfortable. There is a large forest area right next door. Great for hiking. In the adjacent village you can shop relaxed - whether by bike or by car. Larger cities are also just a stone's throw away.

We had a lovely stay at Juliette and Emile's. The cabin and campsite are lovely.

A truly magical accommodation - beautiful garden and pretty complex, 😊 in 5 minutes' drive you are at the beach and in the neighboring village of Ouddorp, where there are supermarkets, shops, cafes & restaurants. We would come back. 😊

Good, quiet location. No firecrackers. Good for New Year's Eve with dog. House was very spacious and nice. Very easy check in and out as perfect description. Close to the water. highly recommended overall and we will definitely be back!

The location was just excellent and the perfect place for us to explore Belgium & The Netherlands. It is so peaceful and quiet, plenty of space to relax. We visited with our four year old cocker spaniel, who had a great time. The road to the property is extremely bumpy but well worth the slow and steady journey! Although you are out in the wilderness, which is very relaxing, there are also so many amenities within a ten minute drive. All the locals are so very friendly. My wife who is a huge nature lover, spotted plenty of birds, bunnies and even a deer! Not that it is the owners or properties fault at all, just part of the wilderness, but we did have quite a few ticks on our dog from the garden - so just ensure they are up to date on treatment and have a tick comb handy! Anne was a wonderful host and stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to return in future.

Very nice cuddly cottage, nicely decorated, theme sea and birds, color-coordinated, you immediately feel comfortable. The whole complex is nice and the location nice and close to the sea. The kitchen is well equipped, but you should definitely take a cutting board with you if you like to cook, that is missing. Some guests have probably helped by swirling one of the very pretty plazas.

Spent a very nice week in a small but cozy accommodation in Oostkapelle. The landlord was very nice and the accommodation corresponded to the information we already had before. Very close to the beach and very dog friendly.

My daughter and I had 3 wonderful days at Francis & Rob's place! Francis greeted us upon our arrival and both were always responsive and quick to respond to our questions. Very cozy and well-located cottage. Thanks very much, Francis & Rob!

The small summer house is located in an idyllic holiday park and is also surrounded by a garden. So you are on your own and can enjoy the tranquility. The interior is very nice, new and modern. The bathroom is very small, especially the sink. It only has cold water, but you can use the kitchen. At low temperatures, the cottage cools out rather quickly, but easy to regulate by fans and heating. The location is great, walking about 15 minutes to the beach. Beach restaurants and supermarket are also very easily accessible.

...we had a really great time with Corienne, felt very comfortable & above all welcome. Communication was easy, super hospitable and if we needed anything very helpful. The house is super nice and quiet and around us everything was green and the garden really nice & quaint and with lots of little loving details. Super privacy. The house was very cozy, lovingly furnished and above all very clean, we didn't miss it. Corienne had even provided us with 2 bicycles, so we could explore the area a bit. We had it very cold & rainy in mid-September, but Corienne welcomed us in the already beautifully warm and heated accommodation, thank you for this. We can only say "thank you" for everything!!! I'd love to come back.

Very nice cottage on a wonderful campground with many activities for children! Our son had a wonderful time on the playgrounds and in the swimming pool! The house was nice and cosy, with everything we needed!

I was a guest at Krijn and Odette's for the third time. Again everything was very good and satisfactory. I especially liked the sunny courtyard, the private location and the cozy living room. I still love it.

We stayed for a weekend at Bianca's place. The space was clean and everything was still quite new. We felt very comfortable and Bianca was friendly and helpful.
