This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

Super clean and beautiful decor. Fully stocked from kitchen ware, snacks, play station, and even a guitar! Olu was friendly and gave direct and easy to understand directions. I would definitely rebook!

The massage chair was an incredible surprise. I sat in it for hours! The gym was really well equipped and although it was too cool to use the pool, it would be fantastic in the warm weather. It was very cozy and tastefully decorated.

Great option as it’s located next to Duke hospital. Location is private and very quiet! There is an EV charger (Envirospark at 0.4$/KWh). Place has everything you need! Check in and check put were smooth, B responded quickly and was very nice!

I spent a few days in Raleigh to visit my daughter at Peace. This condo was by far my favorite place in Raleigh. I’ve been visiting here for years and taking advantage of all the cute accommodations around this area. Robert’s place is on the higher end of what we’ve paid but it’s so very worth it!!! There was so much room here and the layout was great. It was easy for me to work from the kitchen or the dining room or the library or the bedroom. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the proximity to the school was absolutely perfect. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Stayed here with friends during our Duke reunion. We each had our privacy, and also had comfortable common space to spend time together. Alexis was very responsive and helpful.

Alok was very responsive from beginning to end. The house was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The location was close to everything we needed….the airport, restaurants, shopping and the interstate. The house was spacious and clean. I’d definitely recommend and return when I’m in the Raleigh area again.

Beautiful big pet friendly back yard. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The morning fog through the tall pine trees in the backyard made our morning! We would 1000% stay here again.

This house was great. Exactly what we needed (3 adults and three teens). Everything was clean, really nice "great room" (open concept kitchen, dining, living room), and great bedrooms and bathroom. Host was helpful, responsive, and gracious. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

Place was extremely comfortable (beds, couches, chairs). Hot tub was great and running when we arrived. Screened in living area had fireplace with gas logs which quickly heated the room. Game room was a big hit with the kids. Excellent place to stay, would have been nice to use the pool but weather was too cold (December). Outdoor pool table and TV were nice to be able to use. House was nicely decorated and felt very homely with modern touches. Would definitely stay again.

Our family of 6 had a great stay at Ryan's. We felt very comfortable in the home and we had more than enough space. The home is just as pictured. We found the area to be very quiet and safe and close to just about everything.
