Villa vacation rentals in Waikato District

Great little place to stay if you’re on a budget, but still wanting quality! Beautiful new build home. However, very close to the road and footpath. But once inside it felt private. Warm and cozy. Close to Te Rapa which was great for shopping/restaurants. Well equipped with everything you needed and very clean. Garage fit our large SUV inside too.

It’s a modern and spotless home in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. The space is much larger than it appears in the photos, and I highly recommend it for groups of four or more!

My new fave Airbnb hosts, will probably never book elsewhere unless all their properties are booked. Always clean, always responsive, well stocked and fantastic location!

We had a fantastic stay at Levi’s Airbnb over the weekend! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up for guests. The beds were super comfortable, the amenities were great, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Levi was a great host—very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Levi’s place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend his place and stay there again when we are in town.

This is a spacious home perfect for big families or groups, neighbourhood is nice and peaceful

Would recommend this place very peaceful community and the shed has all u need to keep kids and adults entertained. Love that it has two bathrooms so we all dodmt have to wait if someone was using one after all great place and great stay will definitely come again!

This place is amazing and beautiful. The house is very well maintained and as it looks in the pictures. The pool was clean and big and nice, hot tub was also great. The house is very spacious and has a great speaker system. Check in was easy and you truly have the entire estate to yourself. My only negative feedback was on the golf course. I booked this place so I could play golf and the course is unplayable. Still had fun hitting balls around but it’s not been well maintained. Also, the bbq wasn’t clean enough to cook on. Everything else was great.

The property is beautifully presented, in a very quiet and picture perfect location. We had a wonderful time, and surprised ourselves with the good rest we all had. The living space and outdoor area are massive, and it is a very perfect location for a weekend away.

We had a huge week looking after a school group while staying at Jacqui's place and the only negative was that we could not spend more time at her place around the pool or enjoying the incredible grounds

Absolutely loved the space and it’s close to everything. Rachel was responsive and always replied when I had questions. We loved the pool, loved the rooms and spacious lounge & backyard. Wonderful host and would recommend this space to all. Thank you Rachel 🙏🏾
