Great property, great host, and wonderful stay! The property is spacious, well appointed, very clean and fresh, and a retreat away from home! We really enjoyed our stay with 3 adults and 6 kids at the property. We had plenty of space, enjoyed the fireplace with the wood provided, and even the chickens. As we have chickens at home that just added to the appeal. This location worked really well for hitting the glowworms and Hobbiton!

Mark’s AirBnB is an experience rather than a stay. Is a combination of coastal rural Nz right on the doorstep (short boat ride away) from a bustling town Raglan where there are 5 star restaurants, super markets and everything you would need or expect. And the accomodation itself is nestled on a cliff top with 180 views of the harbour and if Raglan. Private, the feeling of seclusion and neighbour free - the best of both worlds made better by a host that balances your needs with respectful distance. Make a pizza in the wood fired oven and then warm your bones in the spa boat and arching the harbour u til the sun melts away listening to birds evening song. We can’t wait to head back and hopefully catch the big uncle of the 12 lb snapper we caught in the raglan harbour!!! Outstanding place.

Comfy and homely. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Appreciated the paper towels in the kitchen and the availability of recycling and food waste disposal which is not in many places.

Perfect location. My family had a wonderful stay. Very modern home, very organised and great amenities. Very easy and lovely place to stay when visiting Cambridge.

Great place! Perfect layout and so great for a family stay with the pools, tennis court and chickens!

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place! Easy to find, long driveway down to house with awesome parking (enough for 4-6 cars). House has an easy layout and the open plan kitchen and lounge is very cosy, comfortable, large and tidy. We used the washing machine / dryer for work clothes, air con worked a treat and just overall a great place to stay for our overnight work trip. Has a spa and pool but no time to use either (and not in winter). Would 100% stay again. Thanks Tracey!

The Range View Cottage was a perfect tranquil retreat. The view from the outdoor seating area, and large windows from inside, was so green and beautiful. It was lovely to arrive to a spotless yet comfortable cottage, and the welcome loaf of bread and bottle of wine was an added bonus. Everything you could need is provided. Personally, it was nice to be a little away from the surf and tourist vibes of Raglan (one does need a car though if they plan to get into Raglan or to hit the beach and surf). Overall I would recommend the Range View Cottage to anyone!

Great place to stay. This was our second time staying here and it’s got everything we needed. Great location not far from town but in a quiet neighbourhood. Very clean. Easy check in and out with clear communication from hosts! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Awesome place to stay nice to be able to use the back road to the temple in temple veiw, got to miss traffic if you went into the city would take longer to get there. lots of heaters good space even with three children. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this lovely home in Hamilton. Just stayed one night, with a plan to visit Hobbiton the next day but no plan for our arrival. Sharon shared a website of attractions in the area that led us to a delightful alpaca farm nearby. Hamilton is a lovely town! We’re glad we stayed here.

Another great stay at Jacqui’s place. The host goes out of her way to make the guests as comfortable as possible. We appreciated the heat pump being turned on in advance of our arrival and an electric blanket on the bed for an elderly family member.

We wanted a simple farm stay with the opportunity to have some animal feeding and enjoy a relaxing time out of the city and we got exactly what we wanted. Quiet surroundings, flexible feeding time, decent range of animals, private and extremely clean unit with everything you need and more, quick drive takes you to a nearby cafe which had fantastic food and drinks, and Woolworths was also a nearby drive. Hosts were amazing and super responsive to all our questions. Highly recommended and we hope to have the chance to stay again if we ever return to New Zealand.

The apartment is tidy, quiet and peaceful. I did have some challenges - the spa pool wasn't working, the internet went down and the washing machine didn't work. What stood out was the hosts were extremely responsive and proactively sorted each issue. They arranged a spa pool technician, the internet was due to a massive outage outside their control and they even took my clothes to a laundromat. That was exceptional and unexpected.

What a beautiful home, everything about it to the community it’s surrounded by is so safe and feels just home especially being away from Home. Everything we needed was right at home and such a pleasant area so clean! Highly recommend Rods place and if I ever come and visit I would hope to stay there gain! 👌😍❤️

Beautiful home, very private and a quiet neighbourhood, right across the street from Hamilton Golf Club. Stunning views from the living room. Big bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and a large open kitchen. Coffee shop and cafes close by as is fantastic bike trail along the river. It was so cold when we arrived that Angela even put the electric blanket on, and left some beverages in the fridge for us. So welcoming and a wonderful host, we will definitely be back when we travel for work to NZ again. Thank you so much Angela.

We stayed in Hamilton as a central location to do day trips to the places we wanted to go. Sarna's place was perfect for the three of us. It was a bit of a tight squeeze to get the car to the back of the house where we had a covered parking spot right next to the rental. Loved the kitchen and having the separate washer and dryer.

Josie and Rob's place was beyond perfect for a Birthday weekend getaway of 6 adults. Every amenity you could think of, they had; the house was so comfortable in so many aspects. Not to mention the location, which was close enough to town and walkable to St Kilda cafes, but still in the peaceful countryside of Cambridge. Couldn't fault Josie and Rob too, their communication and helpfulness were unmatched. We are already dreaming of coming back.

Janice was a joy to deal with. Her property was just as it was listed beautiful well set up and very comfortable for, four weary +60 age golfers from the Hawkes Bay Her communication throughout the entire process was 5-Star. from Coordinating her cleaning service with our arrival on day-1 giving us the opportunity to check in early if needed which was taken up at the time, but we were grateful of the offer. House was spot less and very comfortable with clear instruction from arrival to departure Thank you very much we had a wonderful stay.
