amazing house, stunning views. Spa pool was fantastic and used every night. tons of space. kids had a fantastic time in the cinema. the pool is gorgeous but it was very cold water even in early January and was super windy so we couldn't fully enjoy the pool area. it was still a wonderful stay in a gorgeous place. would definitely stay again

Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Nice living space opens out to covered deck and garden, would be very nice once pool renovation is complete. House is mostly cool with summer weather, note there is no central air conditioning. We did not need it during our stay. Minor improvements could be kitchen utensils update ie knives that are sharp, lids for pots etc, consider rubbish bins in bathrooms and shampoo/conditioners. Tissues in house. Hairdryer was missing however when informed, one was delivered to house within the hour. Very responsive hosts. Would stay with them again.

Highly recommend staying at Rosie's home. It is located at the top of a peninsula, surrounded by lovely homes with ocean views and lush native bush. So quiet and private. The hot tub was a real treat. Had all the amenities one needs for cooking and a great outdoor table for enjoying leisurely meals. Very easy walk down a track to Palm Beach, Arcadia, cafe, bottle store and bus stop.

A fabulous home. We had a wonderful holiday with lots of swimming and the heated spa was perfect for our younger guests. Beautiful home with a fully decked out kitchen to cook lots of great meals. Very comfortable bedrooms. The whole house was a joy to stay in. Highly recommended!!!

Nick and Katherine's beautiful house was the perfect home base for our family's first visit to New Zealand. Honestly, everything about it exceeded our expectations. Each of our weary travelers had a lovely, quiet space they could escape to when they needed down time. The kitchen and bathrooms were pristine. The beds and linens were super comfortable, and the home's artwork added to our experience. It was lovely to be greeted by so much sunlight every morning, and we enjoyed open access to an outdoor patio. It was perfect for our morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. And the 5 minute walk to great restaurants and the beach was just as advertised. Also, the hosts' instructions were clear, and they were responsive but not intrusive. This was a very special trip for our family, as we hadn't traveled together for 6 years. But we rate this location "10 out of 10", and we would absolutely stay there again if we ever make it back to Auckland. THANK YOU!!

Malcolm was incredibly easy to deal with and very accommodating. Gave us very clear instructions. The house was presented incredibly well. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again

The perfect base for a few days exploring the Āwhitu Penninsula. Spotlessly clean and great communication. The view is spectacular- next time I want to try the spa!

A wonderful place in a great location. A cozy, comfortable and very clean, high end beach house, with enough room for everything, and everything you could need, want and more. The host is a very nice person to deal with also, he gives you your space, but is helpful and kind if there is anything. Love the decor! Modern place, complete with all mod cons. Highly recommended. Perfect overnight girls getaway. Was well appointed and exactly as expected. Great spot to chill out and base yourself from. Awesome communication and location easy to find and good location to get good food and coffee.

If we could give Vanessa's place a 6 stars instead of 5 stars, we would. Having renting many airbnbs recent as we holiday in Australia and New Zealand, I would consider Vanessa a top superhost. We stayed for a month. She was responsive and very accommodating. The house is beautifully designed architecturally, and has been furnished with taste and love. The sun streaming in from about 10 am til afternoon made place lovely and warm. The view from the dining area out to the garden made us feel at peace. We were able to pick various herbs and lemons from the garden for our cooking! The kitchen felt like a chef's kitchen and had everything one could think of or need. This is certainly our top Airbnb todate, we would love to come back again !Thanks again Vanessa for letting us stay in our beautiful home.

Peter’s AirBNB is gorgeous and well stocked. He was friendly, responsive, and on premise much of our stay (which is a private section of his home), but also great about giving us privacy. We especially enjoyed the pool and charming garden spaces - as well as the breakfast food and tea/coffee provided. A few notes that weren’t fully clear to me before arriving: >Washer is on site but generally not for guest use (though we got the OK to do a couple loads when we asked) > There is no living room or indoor common area of the Airbnb space. > There are gorgeous outdoor spaces with shade covering to enjoy for meals at home - but only bedroom/hallway space available indoors for “hang out space” > The Rotary walk area is easily accessible from this space - and the views are even better than the pictures :)

Gorgeous place to stay. Everything was immaculately clean & well presented. Loved the extra touches of a welcome basket of nibbles & breakfast cereals,plus getting greeted with the most amazing cup of hot citrus tea.

Libby is a great host and provided the support I needed. I enjoyed the time (2 weeks) stay with her. :) The accommodation is like the description on the page. I am driving by myself and it’s easy to park nearby. It match my expectations and fits everything I need while I was working from Auckland.

Beautiful surroundings, great accommodation and very friendly host. They provided some nice little extras, heated towels and farm fresh eggs for breakfast (available when the chickens cooperate).

It was a real pleasure to stay at the Eco Sanctuary. It was a little corner of paradise, with a comfortable cabin and great shared facilities. Perfect for a couple's getaway. The garden and its array of plants is exceptional. Diane made us feel very welcome - thank you!

An amazing setting, very rural, yet not too far from the city! We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, from meeting the farm animals to playing guitar by the fire. Sandra was very responsive and friendly and we thank her for her hospitality! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else! Just one thing to note for the host: enerator is too weak to run the electric kettle (1800w, while the kettle was rated at 2200w) - we couldn't find the non electric one unfortunately

Bia and Brett provided us with a lovely stay. Proactive communication. It had everything we needed. Great price. Enjoyed a little sunset walk visiting the farm animals.

We found a place our entire family enjoyed, we loved all the activities, the set up and the peacefulness. We plan to be back!
