Vacation rentals in Wadi Ash Shab

This place has an amazing location, it’s a really nice place too, has a fridge a shower and somewhere to rest. The place wasn’t the easiest to find but that’s on me I had no access to Wi-Fi and my phone wasn’t working. Went into wadi al shab chalet and they handed us the keys. The host responded really well and gave me the phone number of the worker which would have been easier if my phone would have been working. The water did stop working but they got it sorted as soon as we made them aware. The Wi-Fi is pretty weak here but if you walk over to the chalet then that’s not an issue. Would definitely recommend this place! And if I ever come back to Oman I’d book in to stay at this place again😁

We booked this rest house in despair: we had to escape from a terrible hotel in Nizwa, so we looked for one in a great location for visiting Wadi Bani Khalid and the desert. Mohammed's property is in an excellent location to do both. The welcome was excellent, the room was actually a real apartment equipped with all the comforts, spacious and bright: it was our salvation! Ability to eat at the property, with more than good cuisine. Absolutely recommended!

We had a fantastic stay in Khalfans house. The view from the terrace is overwhelming, you can see many turtles under you in the sea and swimming in the sea is perfect. Khalfan is a very friendly and helpful host. We had a lot of fun with him on a trip into Wadi Tiwi. He gave us many good recommendations. We had a problem with our car, immediately there were many friendly people around us an Khalfan brought us to his house and he took care of everything around the car, really great. We can 100 % recommend this place.

Habib is a great host with great recommendations and super helpful. The Airbnb is 30 seconds walk to a nice, fairly quiet pebble beach with lots of turtles visible from the shore and 1 min from wadi Shab.

The owner was very accommodating as he arranged everything prior our arrival. the caravan was clean and spotless. it also had a working air conditioner which made our stay super comfortable since that we booked this place during summer season. the caravan had all the utensils such as bbq area, two stove outdoor cooker and great seating areas. the view was remarkable waking up to blue ocean. I would definitely book again. thank you very much

Great place to stay in the dessert. The host was very responsive and also sent us a list of activities to do including local restaurants and cafes. Host was very flexible with late check in and check out. The Dome was very cosy and perfect for a desert getaway

Pictures do not do the guesthouse justice. We loved it. Basic but clean. Excellent company. Numerous places to sit and play games, socialize, read… and superior support and coordination of events from the team there. They certainly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A big thanks to Aktiar, including for the tasty BBQ.
