We stayed for 10 days in what can only be described as a unique, stunning and peaceful villa in a beautiful location. It was so lovely I could have stayed longer. Sandra was the perfect host, available to answer questions if required but otherwise we were left to enjoy our holiday ( she attended on our last day with a bottle of home made wine for us which was a lovely surprise). This was the perfect holiday to take time out, relax and visit the variety of restaurants in Sukosan.

The house was lovely and had all of the amenities you needed for a relaxing long weekend. Would highly recommend this property! Marta was incredibly helpful and her mum was a great help throughout our stay. Look forward to visiting Zadar soon m!

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

Der Aufenthalt in Dijanas Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Dijana ist eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt – besonders der atemberaubende Meerblick war ein Highlight! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Dijana, für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Marta ist eine sehr freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin! Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und die Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung und lässt somit keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und direkt am Meer. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Marta hat uns sofort über Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen informiert, sie brachte uns sogar eine Geburtstagstorte, ohne dass erwähnt wurde, dass jemand Geburtstag hat. Das war eine wirklich tolle Überraschung! Check out war für uns sehr flexibel, da unser Flug erst abends ging. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und können die schöne Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. :)

Our stay in Zadar was absolutely amazing, thanks to this beautiful home and the incredible host! The house was stunning - spacious, stylishly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The pool was a true highlight - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything looked exactly like the photos, if not better! The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. We truly felt at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place - it's the perfect base for discovering Zadar!

We spent a very nice stay at Danijela's place, the little garden is super charming, the sea very close by, and the city very accessible! And Danijela welcomed us very nicely, it was a pleasure!

A great flat in the perfect location, just a short ten minute walk to the old town. It was clean and tidy and Mario was very responsive and helpful. The building is a little run down, but the flat itself, is great. It’s up 3.5 flights of stairs with no lift so be mindful of that if that doesn’t suit your needs.

I really enjoyed my stay at Damir's place. he was a fantastic host and the home was perfectly near many amenities without having to be right in the city center.

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit einer unbeschreiblich schönen Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon und sogar vom Bett aus. Das Haus besitzt einen direkten Eingang zum Fußweg am Meer und hat einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der schöne Paclenica Nationalpark ist nur wenige Minunten entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nikolina’s place is amazing ! I love every single bit of it! Especially the bathtub that was very useful after the whole day of hiking in Plitvice and Krka. Kitchen is also super well equipped! Excellent stay! If I come back to Zadar I will definitely stay there again ! Thank you so much !

Ich kann jedem, der hier in der Gegend eine Unterkunft sucht nur empfehlen bei Zoran zu buchen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten warteten bereits im Kühlschrank auf uns. Die Unterkunft selbst verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Sogar Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet Toll ist auch der gepflegte Garten mit beheiztem und abends beleuchtetem Pool und Grill. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb weniger Minuten bei diversen Stränden oder in der Stadt Nin. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft

I spent a great month in this place. Tamara and Antonio were so warm, hospitable and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay in their apartment. The neighborhood was amazing, quiet and relaxing. Sandy beach 10min away from home. What else do you need? The apartment had everything what is needed- small kitchen, place to eat and work, very good internet connection, hot water, AC… The place is pet friendly, so my old Labrador could enjoy also. Great host, helpful and easy to communicate.

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

If you plan to visit Zadar, this is the house to stay in. Calm neighbourhood, 5 min to the town center via Uber and it is as great as it looks on the pictures. Furthermore you will have the perfect, welcoming hosts in Antonija and Marko. We had a wonderful week, thank you!

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Super ausgestattet, tolle Lage, Pool, Parkplatz und vor allem die phantastische Aussicht. Absolut empfehlenswert

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Maja ! La maison était formidable, la vue magnifique et la piscine très agréable. Maja est une des meilleures hôtes j’ai pu rencontrer ! Très réactive par message, elle nous a donné de précieux conseils pour nos excursions et nous a aidé à sauver le crâne brûlé de notre ami (encore merci pour l’aloe vera !). Villa Romance was the perfect getaway after a busy few days in Dubrovnik. The facilities were great for 2 couples to unwind. Plenty of space to enjoy together and separately. The hosts welcomed us with homemade plum brandy which was delicious. We also had some lovely cakes in the fridge waiting for us. They were both very hospitable and gave us a warm welcome. We totally recommend Villa Romance for a relaxing stay.
