House as advertised: very clean, quiet, well-equipped and located in the historic center. Free parking space a few dozen meters from the house. Recommended without a second thought!

Very nice rental, as in the photos, very cosi and nicely decorated. One night spent for New Year's Eve, we had a real time relaxing and the Nordic bath, was very nice when we arrived. All the necessary equipment, beautiful setting, quiet and very good bedding. Recommended.

We stayed one night at the apartment, it is ideally located: in the center but quiet. We had to wait until 5pm to get in and there are few parking spaces on the surrounding streets. But the value for money is unbeatable! And Benjamin was always available and attentive. We will come back without hesitation.

I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful apartment and the kindest of hosts. We stayed here for four months and from the moment we arrived it felt like home. All the touches of a family home, spacious, full of character, all day light from windows , a wood fireplace. Every mod con. Induction stove, fridge with ice and water, coffee machine, all the plates, cutlery and cooking utensils you need. A laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer and stacked with cleaning materials. Top notch heating. The hosts? From the moment they collected us at the train station to the moment they delivered us back to the station, they could not have been more welcoming and generous in their responses to our requests. The location? Perfect. The magnificent church outside our window, the 10m walk across the wild Loire into the grandeur of the historic city. Fantastic theatre, art, sport, festivals. If you want to taste France, stay here and stay in this apartment. Thanks Alex and Sophie!

The perfect place, quiet for a week traveling for work. There Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room as well as toilet, clean with fairly large space. Highly recommend this sweet spot.

It went very well. The apartment was impeccable and conveniently located. There's everything you need to have a great stay. The fully equipped kitchen also has the raclette machine for a good evening. I highly recommend it and we will not hesitate to come back if needed.

I cannot believe that all of Carole’s positive reviews are true, honest, and very humble. Carole’s chateau provides the perfect serenity to escape city-life. My partner and I were made to feel right at home, and warmly taken care of. We have had a better holiday than we ever could have imagined, due to Carole and her family’s help! Despite the language barrier, Carole found solutions to every single of our needs. We learnt French, while she learnt English! My partner and I did not want to leave this beautiful haven, and are keen to return as soon as we can. This place is surrounded by lovely towns and cities, with enticing character, and the property itself is accompanied with delicious winery!
