Very cozy and cozy cottage. Very nicely decorated and nice host! Everything you needed was present!

Very nice, communicative hostess. The surroundings were very nice to walk the dog. The cottage has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had nice conversations with Trienie and she gave us good tips for doing things. We will be happy to return.

Quietly located in green area just outside Apeldoorn, clean and comfortable, wonderfully spacious breakfast, friendly hosts great value for money. Recommend!

A lovely place for relaxing, right on the edge of the woods. The private bit of garden is a big plus. I came here for the third time and will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful, unforgettable time with Rianne and Ramond. It's one of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed at so far. The small cottage on the lake leaves nothing to be desired. We sat outside in the countryside in the evening and watched the ducks and could marvel at the most magnificent sunsets. The place and everything around it is decorated with a lot of love for detail and stylish. In the well-equipped kitchen you could conjure up a delicious dinner. Rianne and Ramond are very nice and warm hosts. They were always available and very responsive. Dear Rianne and Ramond, Thank you for making it possible for people to have a nice time on your beautiful spot on earth. :)

Nice place in good location. It has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. There are many things to do in the area, e.g. the zoo is only 2 minutes away. The whole area is very nice. Tonny was very nice and check-in and check-out very flexible. Only that we had to clean ourselves was something unfamiliar. We usually enjoy not having to do that on vacation. :) But it was also no problem, it is also in the description and you can get through quickly with the small apartment. Overall a clear recommendation for the beautiful apartment with very nice hostess.

My return visit to Jeroen's cabin was just as good as my first, and my wife also loved the space and cosy base we made for ourselves over our long weekend in Utrecht and Zeist! Jeroen was a fantastic host once again and I can only continue to highly recommend his cabin as a wonderful Airbnb experience and awesome alternative to far more expensive accommodation in Utrecht or Amsterdam. With the bikes and local public transport links it really feels like a no brainer. Thanks again, Jeroen!

Frank and Celia are very welcoming and give you good tips on the activities or eateries nearby. The cottage is neat, stylishly decorated and quietly located in a cul-de-sac street. Everything has been thought of, you will not be short of anything. The area is also great for cycling or hiking trips. We had a very pleasant week in the little corner of paradise offered by Shannon and Erik. The cottage is warm and functional. The environment, all in greenery is pleasant and very quiet...with the company of all kinds of birds in the park. The few neighbors are very discreet, we barely crossed paths during our stay. The location is convenient, not only to explore the area (half an hour from Utrecht, 50 min from Amsterdam) but also to refuel, Ermelo being a small resort town with many shops and shops. Finally, Shannon and Erik are adorable and very responsive if needed. It was perfect.

Very nicely furnished apartment. Bathroom with sauna and bathtub are very inviting to relax. The location right on the forest is great. We had a very nice time there and are very happy to recommend the accommodation!

We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny house in Bussum. We stayed for nearly a month while doing a renovation on our place in Amsterdam. This house was perfect for our needs. It has all the amenities you need for a longer stay, it's an easy commute to Amsterdam (which my wife did almost daily), and there are lots of surrounding parks and forests for the dog to go off leash. In fact, our dog loved it more than our home in Amsterdam. Communication and check-in were prompt and smooth. The house is close to restaurants, stores, and cafes and lots of charming towns are only a short train ride away. We would recommend this house to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable, dog-friendly place to stay, close to nature but with an easy commute to major cities.

A perfect tiny house near Amsterdam with everything you could ever need!

The stay with Susanne is pleasant, the location is quiet and nicely located around the corner at Rosendael Castle. The space is nicely decorated and the bathroom is beautiful with a lovely shower. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Susanne is friendly and the communication went very well. Nice place to stay!

Peaceful location and Ilona was very understanding and helpful. The outdoor firepit really added to our stay, thankfully we had gorgeous weather so we could use it every night. Thank you so much, and we hope to be back soon :)

Loved my stay in this really lovely tiny home in quiet, peaceful surroundings. There were a lot of amenities and activities nearby on site, but also a stone's throw away from the De Hooge Veluwe. Didn't use the hot tub sadly due to the rainy weather, but this made the stay in the tiny home even more enjoyable. Jordy and Vera were great hosts who gave wonderful suggestions and were always quick to respond. Hopefully look forward to being back again in the future!

The property is very good! The place is very cozy, and Judy is a lovely woman. The shared kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped and the outdoor common area is also great.

I had a nice time at Anja and Hans's cottage. It didn't feel "tiny" at all and everything was definitely to your liking. You will definitely relax in this location and the deer complete it. Anja and Hans were super nice and made sure everything was clear from start to finish. I'd definitely be back again!

Wonderful stay with wide views of the meadows with cows in front of the door. Cottage is complete and comfortable with a fantastic veranda. Really an outdoor stay. Lenie and Gert are very hospitable and you feel right at home. Highly recommended to relax in a rural environment.

Actually, I should write a review in which I completely dismantle the cottage, otherwise it will be constantly booked later and we'd love to come back again! But we can only think of positive things. We enjoyed the stove, the record player and the forest. A wonderfully relaxing weekend in peace and forest. Totally top!

We had a very enjoyable stay. There was everything we needed and the hosts were very nice and always available.☺️ The bus connection to Amsterdam is good. Buses run every few minutes. At night, however, it is rather difficult to get back to the accommodation by public transport… otherwise highly recommended

Beautiful and nice place in a quiet park. Waking up to chirping birds is wonderful. Cozily furnished and equipped with everything. We enjoyed it.

We felt very comfortable in the chalet. It is very clean and cozy, especially sustainably furnished. The chalet is located on the edge of the forest, but you are very fast and close to the nearest town (Zwolle or Wezep). Communication with Marlou was very friendly and attentive hostess, she was super accessible and took good care of her guests through her proactive inquiries.
