Thisapartment is part of a two-family villa with its own entrance and a small garden. It is 3.5 km from Innsbruck. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa that can be used as an additional single bed, a large living room with an open kitchen, with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator, a large table, and a very comfortable sofa bed for two people. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet. Covered parking space. Wifi.Völs has a good bus connection and in about 15 minutes you can get to Innsbruck. The house is in a private street, very quiet. The place is ideal for excursions, mountain biking, and very close to the best ski resorts (15 minutes by car), as well as for cross-country skiing. A few minutes' walk away, you can take beautiful walks along the Inn River. It is also ideal for visiting the city of Innsbruck, its museums (interesting ethnic museum, the Ferdinandeum Museum, the Bergisel museum), concerts, and theaters. In Völs, there are also a couple of restaurants and a large shopping center. A few minutes' walk away, there is a supermarket, restaurant, and bakery. The airport, as well as the central station, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR TOURISTS: The accommodation tax is €3 per night per adult (16 years +) for adult tourists. TheTourism Board provides all tourists with a Welcome Card that offers many facilities.

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2 room basement apartment (kitchen-living room with pull-out daybed, bedroom with waterbed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location in the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. Those who feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, is just right here.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.
