It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Me and my friends had an incredible stay in Igors beautiful apartment!! It was well equipped with everything we needed, and the view was stunning. Really close to the sea and had a store right next to the building. Igor was a really helpful host and responded quickly. He left us a welcome bottle of wine and showed us around the apartment when we arrived which was really appreciated. Would love to come back!!

We had a fantastic time at this place! The house is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We particularly liked the balcony with beautiful views. The location is ideal – quiet yet close to many beautiful excursion places and restaurants. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. From the uncomplicated communication to the quick response to questions to great tips for the area – nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely be back. Albina and Robert were great hosts. Albina prepared breakfast for us every day with delicious homemade jam. We learned a lot about the country and people from Robert in interesting conversations. We were also allowed to taste his delicious olive oil and immediately took a bottle home. We were completely satisfied with our stay.
