Beautiful and spacious 2 rooms completely tastefully renovated, new and equipped, close to the sea, behind the hotel Negresco. It is close to shops, restaurants, 5 min from the pedestrian area, cinema, bus. The train station is 15 min walk and the airport is 20 min by bus. Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).
