Villa vacation rentals in Vitorchiano

We had a wonderful Easter holiday at Villa White which met all expectations. A very beautiful garden and lots of space in the house. We were 8 people. Great views of the area from the balcony. The weather was too cold to fully enjoy the pool, but decor with the area around the pool was super cozy. The bedrooms were fine, we could have wished for more sofa space in the living room and a few more dishes and dishes in the kitchen. Dario and Emanuella were really nice and helpful. The scenery in the area is very beautiful. There are plenty of excursions nearby by car, and easy to get to Rome. We highly recommend taking a vacation here.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

we only stayed one night, we wanted to visit Terni and the waterfalls. So we were only in the house long enough to put down our suitcases and then the night and then we got ready the next morning to check out. In any case, I report: very tidy house with everything you need; clean bathroom and overall very clean villa. The villa is not far from the Basilica of San Valentino while to reach the center of Terni, you need to travel by car. Maurizio is really helpful and friendly, highly recommended accommodation 🤠

Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

My friends and I had a quite pleasant stay in this house. Samantha is really nice and answers very quickly. The trip went well. The scenery and the view from the swimming pool were astonishing! I'd probably come to the same AirBnB if I were to come back to this part of Italy.

It is a huge villa with an excellent view of the mountains of Umbria (awesome sunrises!). Well equipped with actually everything you may need for your long stay. What we liked the most were the grapes that could be eaten straight from the vine. There are plenty of other fruits in the garden (if you come at the right time of year, of course). Last but not least, Jacopo was an excellent host, quickly responding to all our questions and inquiries. Thank you!

Giovanni's beautiful house is the perfect base for a fantastic vacation in Umbria. Thanks to the intelligent design, the bedrooms always remain pleasantly cool, even without air conditioning and even in extreme heat. The location is wonderfully quiet yet optimal for exciting day trips in the area. The house itself leaves nothing to be desired: It is lovingly and very stylishly furnished in a charming mix of antiques and modern style elements and has everything your heart desires. The pool is fantastically beautiful, completely secluded and guarantees refreshing cooling on hot days. Both Giovanni himself and Paola, who welcomed us, and Stefano, who takes care of the pool, are incredibly helpful, likeable and proactive and have provided us with numerous valuable tips on sights and restaurants. The entire house was sparkling clean - in summary, a simply perfect vacation! Thanks so much!❤️

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

Everything from check in to check out went wonderfully in this beautifully renovated house. We enjoyed the beautiful pool that brought wonderful cooling during the warmer days. Ideal base to visit e.g. Rome and Tivoli and to relax in the countryside afterwards. The garden is heavenly and offers 100% privacy as the listing also described. We'd love to come back! We stayed two families in the house with plenty of room for big and small. the terrace is worth highlighting with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden at the front of the house with another nice terrace. The kitchen was more than fully equipped-there was everything you could want. Francesco and family were very friendly and helpful and were answered to all our questions very quickly. An absolutely lovely week in wonderful house and beautiful surroundings. The area has a lot to offer. There is ample opportunity for nature experiences just around the corner. restaurant and shopping about 3 km. We'd love to come back another time. We had a great time at Paola's place. The house is huge and very nice, the pool gigantic, all surrounded by sublime vegetation. Its location is ideal, both secluded for a holiday in peace and close to typical Italian villages and beautiful lakes. Paola was throughout the stay extremely available and responsive to our questions about the house or the area. She booked us at our request a stove for a night and a Baby Sitter. This house is a little piece of heaven! Hoping to be able to come back someday to further explore this beautiful area! Thank you Paola for your hospitality, kindness and availability!

We stayed at Christian's beautiful house with our three children and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much! The garden and the clean, large pool were of course the highlight. All four bedrooms have mosquito nets and air conditioners so we could sleep cool. Linen, towels and a very well equipped kitchen were available. Christian was available the whole time and always responded immediately if we had a question. His friend Alberto welcomed us at check-in and explained everything to us. He also came every two days to check the pool. The house is totally quiet in the middle of nature and is easily accessible by car (gravel path, but good to drive). We felt really very comfortable and can recommend this beautiful house with a clear conscience.

We were very comfortable in Fabio's house. Of course, the pool is great, which is beautifully situated with views of the olive grove but also offers plenty of shade due to the umbrellas. The fact that there are so many bathrooms and air-conditioned rooms makes the stay very comfortable. The photos correspond to reality. The house is very quiet and if you are looking for this on vacation, you can spend the perfect vacation here. To be able to go to a good restaurant you have to drive by car. Orvieto and Lake Bolsena are worth seeing in the nearby area, but Rome, Siena and Assisi are also available for a day trip if you take the car trips. Checking in is uncomplicated and flexible.

The place is beautifully decorated and has an amazing garden! There were little flowers everywhere in the grass and the many sitting areas outside make it possible to move with the sun :) There is a fireplace and a grill and there wasn’t a day we did not spend the evening around the fire talking and playing games. The kitchen is also equipped with salt and other spices which came in very handy Although the place feels very secluded you can walk into the next little city which is beautiful. The only neighbors there are Gigi and his wife who are incredibly nice! We were gifted baked goods and got nice help when grilling. We also spent a day in Rome which is an hour train ride from the villa and it worked really well (there’s also help with the public transportation system provided in the villa). The parking place is big and well lit. We would however recommend to bring indoor shoes or thick socks as we were not prepared for the cold floors. All in all we were really happy! Would recom
